Great workout! - If you are looking for a great morning workout, that’s it! This was my first time on a longboard ever. Getting on the board and balancing wasn’t hard, the paddling part is quite strenuous but I was up for a challenge. Tiffany, our instructor, did a great job of explaining the technique to me and my 15 year old son. It was fun! We were glad we tried it. The location was good too, with some minor up and downhills and breeze from the beach.
