Very special - Like they took the time with me, I am going to take my time for this review. I learned more in a week then I could learn in a whole year without lessons. Pedro took me everyday to the right places and gave me tips and tricks before, during and after every surfsession. I want to Thank him a lot specificly. I mean all the coaches are really there for you. They are super helpfull and friendly. The day before the last day we did a video analyses to look afterwards how and what we could improve. Also there Nuno, one of the owners took their time to give us , individually , the right information we needed at out specific level. Hè talks with understanding and passion so much this is worth writing a review. This is the perfect surfschool to have on your surftrip if you are a beginner , a medium surfer and even an advanced surfer. The instructors Will Happily welcome you and you will feel on ease right away!

A must experience! - A must ! Very funny experience which is rare to be done elsewhere. The instructor (a girl in our case!) was fantastic, but I bet also the other are nice. By the end of the first lesson, you are surfing !

Brilliant surf holiday - Family of 3 with 12 yr old son just had 7 days at the Star Inn Peniche and surfed pretty much every day with these guys. We were all total beginners and all the teachers were fantastic. Really inclusive, patient, attention to detail; they really want you to succeed! It is challenging but so much fun, and my son progressed amazingly well. He wants to return next year! A really great group of people, cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Special Surf 78! Best surf school ever - This year we came back to Peniche and as our experience with Special Surf 78 was great last year, we went back for more surf lessons. If possible, our experience this year was even better. All the teachers are super friendly, enthusiastic and make the lessons fun! We surfed for 3 weeks with them, learned loads and are now able to catch waves on our own. If we get back to Peniche, we will definitely surf again with Special Surf 78. Wonderfull experience with wonderfull people - We had a wonderfull time with everybody of Special Surf 78. The lessons were super, equipment and facilities are top, the atmoshere is fantastic and the teachers are really amazing! It was a wonderfull experience! Amazing & qualified Surfschool - a lot of tun & improvemts! - Satisfied all around. Amazing teachers with good knowledge and tricks to improve a lot in a short time-especially for beginners (thanks to Augustina!). Super friendly staff in general. Easy to contact and super adaptable. We will come back!

Must do in Peniche!! - Cam here with my girlfriend. Great value for money and ideal for learning the basics. Friendly staff and a very fun time!
