A Must-Do Experience in Penang! - I’ve always wanted to try this kind of ride and it truly exceeded my expectations! The experience was offered at a very good rate, but what made it special was how real and authentic it felt.
These are things you would never be able to do on your own like finding hidden street food spots and eating alongside the locals.
The rider was professional, very kind, and drove in a safe way. I could fully enjoy the views. I also had the chance to meet Mr. Kenny, the owner, who is such a wonderful man.
This tour is not just about food, it’s about courage, culture, and connection. If you’re in Penang don’t miss this it’s an unforgettable experience✨

My first experience on the back of a bike... with great food - The tour was well organized and the food stops were authentic & ones that you wouldn't find by your own.
This tour really did show the variety of Street food selections in Penang. And you definitely wouldn't leave the tour feeling hungry.
I also enjoyed the motorbike rides between the food stops. My host, John, was a gentle driver (this was my first experience on the back of the bike) and did show the evening time in Penang as its best.
Highly recommended!

Great Food Tour on back of a motorbike. - Just had a morning 5 food stops tour with Jackie. He had so much knowledge of Malaysia and Asia in general and pointed out the beaches, buildings and temples too as we went along. He took good photos. The food stops were local small businesses as well and were well choosen out representing what locals choose to eat rather than food pushed out only to tourists. Riding on the back of the bike was safe as he was a great driver and the bike was of good standard. All in all a great memorable expierence I would defo recommend to people coming to Penang.

Unforgettable Motorcycle Food Tour in Penang! 🦐😋 - This tour was an incredible way to experience Penang! Riding on the back of a motorcycle through the city was thrilling, but we always felt completely safe thanks to our amazing guides — so friendly, professional, and attentive.
The food was the real star — every stop featured delicious, authentic dishes from local spots we never would’ve discovered on our own. It was the perfect mix of hidden gems, culture, and fun. If you're even slightly hesitant about the motorcycle part, don’t be — it was smooth, comfortable, and added so much to the experience. Highly recommend!

Great option to try! - I did the morning tour. Excellent choices of food and also got to see penang in new light. Great concept. I think evening experience may be better if you have that time free. Overall highly recommended.

Day food ride tour - Jackie was excellent rider. He was on time at hotel pickup He also has good knowledge of the island. The food was good, I was so full that I couldn't finish off the last dish. I recommend doing this at night if you can as it is too hot in the daytime.

Worthwhile evening out. - Joe was great as a driver and showed me all over town in driving from place to place - was great and we talked about all things local along the way. Glad he had a full size motorcycle that I fit on. Overall the food choices were representative of Penang. Joe often asked if I wanted to try something else at the hawker areas when I guess I was assuming they had picked out food samples already. Perhaps the only somewhat letdown was the chicken wings since they are so common everywhere; but he accommodated my western limited spice heat level limits on the flipside. This was a good time.

A must do tour for food & adventure - This is a fantastic tour especially for people who want to see the real penang & eat the foods locals have in local restaurants. Jonathon & Dean were excellent hosts & riders who showed us interesting local landmarks & buildings. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants fun adventure & a taste of Malaysian cuisine. Thanks kenny for arranging the tour with very precise & clear pick up instructions

Great fun! - Highlight of Penang has to be the motorbike street food tour……5 courses at 5 different places. I hopped on a motorbike with Joe a very friendly tour guide who was great company and a very safe driver.
The food will not be to everyone’s taste but is as authentic as it gets! We visited spots that most tourists don’t get to see! The vibrant energy, incredible flavors, and the sheer number of people packed into these humble eateries were unforgettable.
It wasn’t fancy at all…….but it was real. If you're in Penang, forget the fine dining for one night. This is where the magic happens! Great fun…..give it a try!
