Extraordinary - The geology is mind boggling. There are lots of people; but, everyone was polite and respectful of other visitors. As long as you follow the precautionary warnings you can have a safe and extremely good time.

Five stars - Nilah was a wonderful tour guide and host. She was very knowledgeable about Peggy’s Cove and Halifax and kept us engaged with her great story telling. She went above and beyond with our tour. We highly recommend if you are in Halifax for a visit.

Great tour - Jack was our guide. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Peggy’s cove and learned a lot about the surrounding area. Despite the overcast schedule it was an outstanding view at sunset. Would highly recommend this tour.

Sunset tour - I loved being at Peggy’s Cove and watching the sunset but the guide drove too fast and spoke too fast. Didn’t give much time to see some of the things he spoke about. Would have been nice to stop at a couple of the spots he mentioned.

Do not book - they will cancel! - The entire experience was horrible.
It states a pickup from your hotel in the description, so i wrote the name of the hotel when I signed up.
I sent them an email to confirm the pickup from the hotel but they told me my hotel was outside of the pickup zone and that I should come to a certain address that was 20+ minutes drive from my location.
I tried contacting them again, but they didn't respond to my emails. Only after calling them twice, they responded that I must go to the pickup location. That was at 17:30 when the tour was supposed to start at 17:50-18:00.
I quickly grabbed an Uber just to get a notification WHEN I GOT THERE at 17:50 that the tour was canceled.
I paid for the Uber 45 CAD for nothing.
It is just annoying and I don't know what changed between 17:30 and 17:50 that made them cancel the tour, but I wish they would have told me that before I left the hotel to come to the pickup spot.
I feel I should be reimbursed for the Uber rides.

DO NOT BOOK - they overbook to last minute cancel on you - DO NOT BOOK. I booked this trip 3 days in advance, two hours prior to my departure I get an email telling me they overbooked and I no longer can go. I was on a business trip with a small window to explore Halifax and this ruined my plans entirely. A little more notice or perhaps you don’t overbook trips ever!!!!! On top of this I sit with the charges and no response from
Viator. I kindly ask you to refund the amount you’re pointlessly charged. I’ve tried to call with no one answering and emails are not answered either
