Highlights
  • Rainmaker Park - The tour begins with the walk in the rainforest looking for all kind of birds, insects and amphibians; you’ll walk through some small hanging bridges on the way all over the primary forest as you walk up the mountains. The walk will take you to the top of the mountain where you will see an amazing ocean view.

Continuing the walk on the trails, you will come to the Canopy Bridge system section. This system consists of suspension bridges, built to U.S. engineering standards. The six sections total 250 meters, spanning from platforms attached to massive hardwood trees to create the most impressive Canopy Walk in Costa Rica. The design permits minimal forest impact, giving our participants an opportunity to explore the majesty of the forest canopy from a bird’s eye view.

As we continue the walk in the jungle you’ll find the beautiful pristine river of the Rainmaker Park. Hand rails and easy to follow footpaths along with observation platforms allow you to observe waterfalls and capture with photographs the rich biodiversity this unique site has to offer.

Close to the end of the walk a pristine waterfall pool will beckon you to enjoy a refreshing dip.

The tour finally ends with an outstanding and delicious typical costa rican lunch served in the Rainmaker Park restaurant.

Amazing experience! - The hanging bridges were amazing! The view to the ocean was gorgeous. Enderson was an amazing tour guide. He was very enthusiastic, knew lots of plant and animal facts and was actively working to know more. I would 100% reccomend. I would definitely grab an offered walking stick. There are a lot of stairs and it can be slippery so wear good hiking boots!

Great views, awesome experience! - I had a great time on this tour from start to finish. Javier was the BEST guide ever! He was very informative, aware, patient, caring and intentional with us having a good tour. Javier was upfront about the first 25 minutes of the tour being tough so when it got tough, I already anticipated it. The hanging bridges and waterfall were definitely worth it! I was lucky to get Javier as our guide. He was so much fun and took some AMAZING pictures. Thank you for making our tour MEMORABLE!

Intrepid trio immersed in the jungle. - We were a group of three first in the morning after a rainy night with no footprints on the path and as a consequence multiple and various insects, frogs, birds and amphibians all authoritatively identified by Byron our guide. A wonderful time , a great guide and highly recommend.
