Glad we did this. - Fabulous day. Great hosts, clean & comfy vehicle and visits to the Parmesan Reggiano and prosciutto facilities were so well explained and delivered with passion. ‘George’ aka Sergio, was an excellent presenter, a kind and considerate man who cares deeply about the integrity of the local food culture. As both a cheese and salumi maker the information was spot on. Thankyou.

Well organised tour with friendly guides and great food! - We did the parmigiano reggiano, prosciutto di parma, and balsamic vinegar tour. The guides did a great job of explaining the process involved in each product. It was a great tour and the food was delicious. It was also well organised. It was easy to find the pick up point and the tour guides were very friendly.

Foodies Big Three - The day was congenial and so interesting. I have wanted to visit Parma and Modena for about 10 years and finally was able to have the experience that I wanted. George is an excellent guide and driver. We enjoyed him a lot. One bit of advice. The barn at the dairy was filthy and so smelly that one guest gagged. I grew up on a dairy farm and was shocked by the condition of the animals. Think about another way to present the cows.

Really informative enjoyable tour - Really lovely guide and plenty of room for all the tour group. Very informative in an interesting way, especially how important the naming of products is. Great to be able to taste the difference in cheese and vinegars. Easy to purchase well-priced quality produce. One suggestion for the Parma ham tasting would be to have 2 different aged hams (the one we did try was lovely).

It wasn’t a full day, it... - It wasn’t a full day, it is advertised as such and the agent told us it was 8 hours duration but it was on 6.5 hours. A little let down considering we messaged the agent to confirm finish time. The guide and content were great however.

The trip wasn’t a full... - The trip wasn’t a full day, at the same time it was more than enough. I’d plan on eating before. Since it was advertised as full day, I figured there would be more to eat/drink. The tour guide was 15 minutes late, but was very informative & personable.

Booked and tails to change date or cancel within 10 mins of booking it - We booked this tour as it clearly showed you had availability on that date, and booked in good faith, within 10 minutes we were asked to change the date to the Sunday or cancel it, we asked if the day before was available as we are leaving Parma on the 13th, they said no you must cancel. We will now lose out on the currency exchange cancelling because of the tour companies incompetence apps it takes 3-5 days to reimburse the monies. Totally unacceptable, would not recommend this tour operator.
