- Modena - To wrap up the day, the tour heads to a Balsamic Vinegar farmhouse in Modena. The visit includes a stroll through the magnificent 40-acre vineyard estate, followed by a tour of the rooms where this “black gold” is crafted, aged, and stored in ancient wooden barrels.
