If you have purchased the Summit Access option, you will take a lift from the 2nd level up to the summit. When you are ready, simply take the elevator back down to street level and continue with your day!
If the summit is closed at the time you receive your tickets from your guide, you will receive a partial refund for the difference. Please note that it is not a skip the line tour and during peak times, the wait to enter the tower can be up to 90 minutes or more.
If you have purchased the cruise upgrade, you will also receive a 1-hour Seine River boat cruise. The cruise can be taken at any time after your Eiffel Tower tour and are valid for a year. The tickets will be given to you upon checkin for your tour. Please note that if you miss your tour, you will not be able to receive your tickets for the boat.

Eiffel Tower’s rules stipulate that if you’ve opted for a tour upgrade to visit the summit, you should head straight to the top upon reaching the second floor. Following your visit to the summit, you are allowed to visit the first and second floors on your way down.
In case the summit gets closed by the Eiffel staff when you receive your ticket, you’ll be granted access to the second floor along with a partial refund.
Please be aware that this is NOT a fast track tour. Hence, based on crowd control, COVID security protocols, and construction activity at the Eiffel Tower, you might sometimes have to wait for 90 minutes or even longer with your guide.
- Please note that we don’t send the tickets in advance. You will acquire the entry ticket to the Eiffel Tower directly from the guide.
- Per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to see the summit, you’ll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other two floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.

- Summit access may be subject to last minute closures according to safety measures at the Eiffel Tower. In the case of closure of the Summit, the portion of your tour price for the upgrade will be refunded.

- There are no storage lockers at the Eiffel Tower. If you bring a foldable stroller you will be responsible for carrying it up the stairs. Large luggage will not be allowed through security.
- Seine River cruise tickets included ONLY IF option chosen at checkout. You MUST arrive on time for your tour in order to receive your boat tickets as they are distributed during check in. Tickets are valid for a year and can be used at any time following your Eiffel Tower tour.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
