- Montmartre - Your tour begins at the iconic Moulin Rouge, home of the scintillating Can-Can, where Toulouse-Lautrec sat nightly and drew some of the most famous pictures of Paris nightlife. You begin to ascend through the winding streets and soon arrive at the Cafe des 2 Moulins, the famous cafe featured in the popular French comedy, Amelie. As you continue up you will walk on the streets where Van Gogh, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Pissarro and other artists lived and worked. Soon you are walking along the Rue Abbesses where you will learn of it’s history dating back to ancient times.
Your journey continues past world famous artwork, cabarets, Paris’ only vineyard and the last two remaining windmills/moulins in Paris. Your tour concludes at the highest natural point in Paris, at the summit of Montmartre where the steps of the Sacre-Coeur host millions of visitors each year for the breathtaking views of Paris below. You will soon understand why locals and visitors alike agree that Montmartre is the most charming area in all of Paris.

Linda was an amazing guide … an artist taking us through the artistic streets of Montmatre - We had a wonderful experience with Linda. We were a little late because of Paris traffic. But she was still happy to see us! The walk was all uphill but it wasn’t difficult because we wound through the paint / picture perfect streets. Linda pointed out where some well known and less known artists lived and hones their craft. Along the way we enjoyed wonderful food and treats! Perfect amount of time to see Paris from the highest point in the City.

Such a great tour! - I booked this last minute and I’m so glad I did! It was such a great way to see this charming area of Paris. Our guide was outstanding and did such a great job of bringing the spirit of the area to life with stories and his engaging personality. It is a lot of walking, but well worth it to arrive at the Scare Coeur at the end!!

Wonderful introduction to the neighborhood - What a wonderful introduction to Montmartre! Even our 11 year old loved it! The information shared was entertaining and informative - everything from brioche recommendations to Picasso's antics. I highly recommend taking this tour - even on a drizzly day like we had, it was a highlight of our Paris trip and wonderful way to explore the neighborhood.

Linda was great!!! - Linda was a very amazing tour guide. Her stories were both informational and fun. We loved listening to all the facts she knew about the many artists in Paris as well as fun facts about the food and places throughout the tour.

Montmarte led by Sophie - We had a fabulous time with our tour guide Sophie today learning all about the history of Montmarte. She was so kind and knowledgeable and made the tour so fun and exciting for all. Highly recommend recommend.

Quick tour of Montmartre - I booked this tour as a spur of the moment activity and I'm glad I did. I loved the vibe of Montmartre! It's what I imagined Paris would be. Our guide was Sophie and she was knowledgable and lively. It was quite a fast-paced and uphill tour so be prepared.

FANTASTIC MUST DO!! - This tour was amazing. It was very informative and interesting. The sites we passed and the architecture were beautiful. Sara was a fantastic guide and she gave the group amazing recommendations. I highly recommend experiencing this!!
