Well organised by Paris City Vision - A staff from Paris City Vision greeted us way before we arrived at the bus with a warm welcome. He gave us clear instructions on the departure and return timing plus meeting points. Kudos to the team.

Outlet shopping in Paris + how to make. Tax refunds easy!! - Great place and a must do. Excellent brands and good discounts. If you are from UK (excluding Northern Ireland) you have the added benefit of VAT refund, provided you spend over €100 per shop. The process has been made easy by apps that help you and can be downloaded from the App Store. We used AIRVAT. We found it v good because 1. Was easy to use. When got stuck the responses were quick, same day. 2. Uploading the invoices worked well 3. Generating the VAT receipt was super easy. 4. Upload to PABLO kiosk at CDG was easy. 5. Refund was super quick. 48 hrs. Tips 1. Always check your junk box. 2. Upload invoices asap. Happy shopping!!

Better Than Expected - I was pleasantly surprised at the number of stores. Did not expect a complete shopping mall in addition to the designer factory outlet shops - one stop shopping for sure.

Best/Cheapest way to commute to La vallee - Everything was perfect, on time. They even let us come back early although we took the half day tour. Best/cheapest way to commute to and from La valley-Paris

Best out let in EUR - Best price for best brands, at this out let you will find all Hight brands at especial price up to 50% off , very nice price , concierge off very helpful they can collect what you buy and you take when you leave

There is a lot of waiting... - There is a lot of waiting time and the shuttle was late arrived only at 650 resulting in reaching Paris at 8pm (very late). The driver was also driving at a very slow speed on the freeway resulting in more delays. Note that this shuttle also serves the customers visiting Disneyland resulting in more waiting times and delays. Better to get other direct shuttles from the shopping outlets or taking public transport.

Total disregard. - They simply didn't show up, leaving us. They also didn't get in touch, even after telling us what had happened. Total disregard.

Did not show up - We arrived 15 mins the hotel before 1330 and waited for the bus/representative in front of main entrance as advised in the guidelines. However by 1336, still no sight of it, and called Paris We were at the hotel, even with my friends going to the restrooms. We did not see any signage for the driver/representative inside and outside the hotel. When we first called ParisVisionCity about no sight of driver at 1336hrs, they said will check and get back to us. But there was nothing. After calling again at 1446hrs, they said will check and put me on hold. After more than 5 mins, they advised the driver did not see us and left. ParisVisionCity asked us to change the date, which unfortunately we cant as we were leaving the next day. I believe if we were at fault, they would not even offer us such. They would just tell us that we missed it and nothing else they can do. This is very unprofessional of them. My friends and I had to take uber to the location and arranged our own transport back after that. They also refused to refund us and gave excuse that it was a no show.

Worst experience - I wish I could give zero stars. They claimed they told us we were leaving at 2:45 but they said nothing to the group as well as online it says 3:30. Several people were left with us. We tried to contact them 2 hours prior to being abandoned about pick up time and no one responded. So we showed up twenty minutes earlier than the online listed pick up time.
