Shopping perfection! - By far my favorite shopping experience thus far! ❤️ Once you’re there, there is no need to go anywhere else! Not even for lunch!

Amazing - This place is truly beautiful! The building itself is gorgeous. We spent a lot of money here and the fact you have to line up for some of the stores is a little off putting but once inside you get your own assistant to help you with whatever you like. They offer you wine or water or something to snack on. They help for as long as you need and they never rush you.
The rooftop bar is great although a little too relaxed. More like a day club with phenomenal views. Pumping club music and relaxed young waiters float around mingling and working. Cocktails are great. Good spot to stop and put the feet up so you can keep shopping.

So much fun! - If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the experience. You go to the lounge, have a drink-champagne, coffee, soda, etc. Relax for a minute and go out to the magnificent Galeries Lafayette and shop to you drop. We explored the store, then went across the street to the Home Store. Just beautiful to walk around. Back to GL and to Angelinas for a delicious lunch. Little more shopping and back to the lounge. You get your tax refund info (bring passport) , so when you get to airport it’s easy. Then they bring a car and off to your hotel with all your goodies. Loved it.

Nice time. - I have taken this experience before (Covid) and I really enjoyed myself. I did this time also, everyone was very nice and helpful. The only item which could be improved is lunch. It used to be in the mainstore and was a nice enjoyable sit down.
Now, you have to cross street (it was cold) and get a prepackaged sandwich and a drink, sitting at a bar. Not enjoyable. Also, I wasn’t able to leave my coat at the concierge. But, the limo home was great and I was escorted to the limo. And, the forms for tax refund was a breeze. Yes, I would do it again and hope too.

Tourist - Interior of store will surprise you. Unexpected, shopping mostly high end. But seeing the store was beautiful. Also another roof to see views of the city.

Horrendous experience - This was a total let down and waste of money. The lounge was dingy the staff member was horrendously rude and didn’t even want to acknowledge the experience that was paid for. Whatever you do, do not book this as you will regret wasting your money on an experience that makes you feel worse than if you did nothing at all.

Robbers - Gallery Lafayette accompanies thieves!!!! I was robbed on December 26, 2022 of a Birkin crocodile bag in the children's department of Dior on the 5th floor! in front of the cameras! the face of the thief is visible! what did your security service - nothing!!!!!! they began to take me to the room so that I would not panic, they told me they would call me back tomorrow and did not call back !! no one did anything and the thief could be caught! come and steal in Lafayette!!! they will support you! Don't go there and don't waste your money! they are liars and thieves!

Credit card had been debited again on VAT again - My credit card had been debited on VAT amount by Galeries Lafayette although VAT form had been mailed out from Munich Airport. We mailed the VAT form with several friends form but there’s 2 people credit card debited again for VAT including me. Me and my friends immediately block our CC, we worry our CC had been scam in lavayette. I don’t understand why only our CC had been debited while we post it together. Be careful guys to shop in Lafayette because we’re not in Europe again we can’t do anything to get our money back
