Even in the Rain! - There is no better way to see Paris in the rain than this tour. Ending it with lunch on the second level at 58 is the crown. Beware of you are unable to walk up steps from the parking lot of the 2-3 blocks to the entrance!

Never again booking tour through ParisCityVISION - Ok, things happen. On the day my brother and I were scheduled for a Paris City tour and skip the line lunch at the Eiffel Tower, the tour drivers went on strike. We arrived at the office 45 minutes before the 10:00 tour and were told we were "too early" and to stand aside. At 9:35 I went into the office to redeem my printed email for our tickets which is when I was told about the strike. We were told that the only option we could be offered was a ticket for the hop on hop off bus, something we had already done. This wasn't really an option since it was all we were offered. So, were we still on for the Eiffel Tower lunch? We were told yes, just stay in contact with the tour guide. Ok - who is s/he? Here we go on the hop on hop off bus again. At a stop near the Eiffel Tower, there was 15 minutes where several people, including me tried getting some answers from the tour guide and this bus driver who were each pointing at the other. Still getting no clear answer about the Eiffel Tower lunch, we proceeded to park down near the Seine River cruise boats. Why? We were going on a cruise down the Seine, something we had already done and did not want to do again. The tour guide said it was not time for us to access the Eiffel Tower so in other words we were herded on this cruise to waste time. After one hour, we walked to the Eiffel Tower, where I was given a piece of paper purportedly giving me access to the lunch. Never saw the tour guide again. We were basically ditched. We went in for lunch and were told we did not have the correct documents for the first floor. The representative at the Eiffel Tower called someone and after about 10 minutes, we were allowed on the 1st floor. By this time, neither of us could enjoy lunch. Our ticket was supposed to also give us access to the observation deck at the Eiffel Tower, but we didn't get that ticket. It was a terrible experience! My questions went unanswered and after the tour guide just left us and did not give us the correct documents, there was no way to contact ParisCityVISION. I would assume that their phones were probably ringing off the hook. Just an overall awful day.
