A Tale as Old as Time - Literally, It Hasn't Changed - My last visit to Disneyland cemented the fact that I won't be returning any time soon. Did both Parc Disneyland and Parc Walt Disney Studios, three days in total. Everything is overpriced and overcrowded, but I expected as much. The problem is that the overall experience is nowhere near as good as say Europa Park or the Efteling. I was 16 the last time we visited, 29 now, and besides some thematic updates (Star Wars and Avengers), I'm not entirely sure what was done to keep it fresh. Both parcs, however, are clean and the staff is friendly. I think 'meh' summarizes my review.

Ageing park - It's been 10 years since we didn't come and no major news except Ratatouille, the floats of the parade are the same and we don't meet the characters in the 2 parks since you have to pay to take a photo with them. Prices have become far too high because the parks are really aging in addition to all the pallisades of the works in progress. Frankly, Disney magic isn't really there anymore...

Good but disappointing on several points - Good but a little better and very expensive for what it is. From a referral of people for the night show which is a real headache honestly to go there when you buy a privilege pass to attend. Two the security by wanting to gain a few centimeters for the show of Vaiana the team in charge of setting up the equipment rushes us and made me lose sight of my 3 year old daughter who moved away in tears several meters and we very worried not to see her anymore. After noting to the team in place that day their only response in a raw way is that my daughter is under our responsibility. I'm fine, but if we don't rush people to the point of coming across the last one, it wouldn't have happened. On this point I am still pretty agitated against Disney which remains excessively expensive compared to other theme parks. Third point the shadow points. The weather forecast ranged from 25 to 30 degrees during our visit with very sunny weather. However, for a family park I am surprised at the cruel lack of shade and cool zone. Especially with children of all ages. Apart from the magical magical side and the meeting of our children with their favorite Disney characters I find that this park is nothing special compared to other park in Europe. Everything is done to spend a max (show included) without real quality. The organization leaves much to be desired, the really average sympathy to the answers and help given during the loss of my child. And not to mention the mind-blowing times to make an attraction for example take pictures with a Disney princess or Mickey it is more than 2 hours waiting. I think that for the most expensive amusement park in Europe we can do better. Otherwise the hotel staff was at the top and taking care of our first princess’ birthday

Disappointing to say the least - We left both parks feeling massively disappointed, not at all like other Disney Parks I have visited in the past. Lots of rides were closed and there was lots of building work going on. The prices of everything is just absolutely disgusting, £25 for Disney Ears and up to £5 for a bottle of water. Won't be returning.

Ruined by captain marvel cast member - The holiday was amazing but the cast member who portrays captain marvel ruined it for us. We had the most amazing weekend literally couldn’t have faulted any of it. Everyone in the park was so friendly and exactly what you’d expect from Disneyland. Our son has ADHD and really struggles with his impulses and was desperate to get photos with every character that he could to put in his album. Every cast member up until our last day was amazing with him as you’d expect Disneyland cast members to be with kids. But on the last day just before we were about to leave captain marvel came out and was taking pictures with kids. My son was waving to get her attention and she came over and said “waving wont get you anywhere, I’ll take pictures with who I want” and took pictures with the kids either side of my son but completely ignored him. I was absolutely shocked and it was just really mean for no reason. We left the park after that and my son was so upset it just ruined our whole experience.

Reluctantly, negative - Beautiful park from 5 stars but we were so much disappointed. We expected a continuous party around between jugglers and Disney costumes instead... a total disappointment.Attractions from the 'unnerving wait (more than an 'hour), gadget shops in every place and very high prices (the ears of Minnie in a circle 25 euros). To have lunch in the most accessible place to mere mortals you have to sell a kidney (two sandwiches ham and cheese slightly larger than a toast and a spelled 36 euros). At 17 c was the parade, but the little girl tired of long queues and unnerved fell asleep and we decided to leave. From the morning until the time of the parade Practically there was no animation inside the park.We had bought the ticket for the following day but we decided not to go.All this in the week, I dare not imagine Saturday and Sunday. At the time, with the animation totally absent and the long waits I would not recommend it to anyone sorry.

A great disappointment despite the night show - We have just returned from two days spent in the two Disneyland Paris parks, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of the rates charged. Ticket prices have increased significantly, which gave us hope for a better quality of service and experience. But in reality, it is quite the opposite. Parks were totally saturated: endless queues often exceeded 90 minutes, even for the smallest attractions. Some major attractions such as Space Mountain were closed for technical reasons, which only made the wait for others worse. On the food side, same observation: crowded restaurants, discouraging queues, difficult to find a place or eat in pleasant conditions. The only positive thing about our stay is the night show, which is really spectacular and impressive. But here again, the after-show turns into chaos: a human tide heads for the exit in a dangerous rush, especially for young children. In short, a very frustrating experience and far from the magic expected. We still give 2 stars, only for the quality of the final show.

Disaster - Catastrophe full of attraction closed... Unaffordable prices of characters with frankly forgotten 2 days and a fortune not to have magic ... I prefer 100 times better the park asterix ....

Really disappointed - Endless expectations for everything, attractions that last from 1 to 4 minutes Added a lot of closed attraction, a crappy organization on restaurants that creates stressful meals with a seat if you're lucky in view of the entrance fee charged it's shameful to treat people like that! I was happy to come back to this park after 15 years, this time with my children we came out brewed disgusted with our day. In France we have better in amusement park and especially respect for the human and the value of the service in short🤧

Disappointing - Very disappointed by our two day stay at Disneyland Paris. We had high expectations, but the experience was frustrating overall. The wait for the majority of attractions was unbearable: between 45 and 70 minutes on average, even for rides that were supposed to be faster. The staff was not welcoming, sometimes even unpleasant, which further spoils the supposed magic of the place. At the height, several main attractions closed well before time, without clear explanation. Especially Mickey’s house, when it is one of the most anticipated activities for children. For a park of this renown, we expected a service up to the standard. Unfortunately, the value for money is far from justified. We're not coming back.
