Brilliant experience with Tootbus! - A fantastic experience from start to finish! Reading some of the reviews prior to booking I was a little hesitant but I needn't have worried. The drivers and Tootbus staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the buses were on time and regular and it was such a lovely way to get round Paris with the kids and for them to see the sights. The Tootbus app was so easy to use and was great when trying to navigate to a stop on foot and to see where the nearest stop was from the location we were at. Our package came with a Seine River Cruise which was a brilliant experience. So informative and scenic, it was a magical experience for me and my family. Thanks Tootbus for making our trip to Paris and very happy and memorable one!

Great Experience on the Seine River. - Very nice boat, meal and service. I had been in Paris a couple days and better able to navigate the meeting instructions. This would have been difficult the first day. I recommend getting a hop on hop off multi day pass on the Big Bus or Toot. They have handy maps of the stops at the various sites. Prepare to get stuck in traffic between stops.

A nice visit - Very nice experience, a good way to visit the city. The bus stops near centers of interest (Champs Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Concorde, etc.). Certainly a bit of a shame that it doesn't even reach Montmartre but hey, the whole tour already lasts 2 hours. Nice audio guide and not too heavy on explanations. The drivers are friendly and do not hesitate to provide additional information upon request (metro stations, etc.) The buses are comfortable. We combined our ticket with a cruise on the Seine

Easy way to travel. - Overall good except the last day our last drop off point changed and it was not communicated to us so when we got off we were somewhat confused.

Great way to see the city - Friendly (and some funny) drivers, the bus tour was both informative and a great way to save our legs to get around the city whilst being able to enjoy the sunshine and the sights from the bus. Buses were frequent, WIFI didn’t work on all of them but it wasn’t a big problem for us. We had a problem with printing our river cruise tickets but this was quickly and politely fixed by contacting the WhatsApp support number who sent through digital QR codes instead. The river trip was OK. It was cut short due to the high water level and we were offered a complimentary soft drink to make up for it. The staff were all very polite and the boat itself was comfortable enough. The commentary was sometimes hard to follow as it wasn’t always obvious what we needed to be looking at. It was repeated live in English and French and it may be better to do the same as the bus and offer headphones for a pre-recorded commentary. It was nice in the sunshine to see the city from a different perspective so we’re glad we did it. We would use Tootbus again.

Games purple route - TOOTBUS had only one route which was altered because of the Olympics and road closures. Had a 3 day pass but probably wouldn’t go on it again after first day. Buses stopped picking up passengers at 6:30 which we were not told about so ended up having to walk over 3 miles to get to our accommodations. Not thrilled with that. Overall fun way to tour the city though as we were first timers here but probably wouldn’t use this as a mode of transportation.

The bus is fun, the cruise could be better - The bus tour was fun, the kids (8 & 6)enjoyed the commentary. The cruise was poorly signposted and we nearly missed it. It's ok if you enjoy just being on a boat but it didn't add much

Horrible - Horrible…. They told us a bus would come every ten minutes and be at each stop about 2 minutes. We were at stops waiting on the bus for 20 minutes while they were selling tickets. Took 35 minutes to go one stop.
