Departing for Chablis. The journey covers approximately 190 km on a highway from Paris to Chablis in an air-conditioned Mercedes minibus accommodating up to 15 passengers. The trip takes around 3 hours with one stop at a rest area.

Arrive in the Chablis area and visit Jean-Marc Brocard Domaine, surrounded by vineyards, with a cave visit and wine tasting of 5 wines with a cheese plate: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. The experienced staff will explain the wine-making process in Chablis and highlight the differences between Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru.

Hotel-Dieu Museum - Hospices de Beaune - 17:30 - 18:50 Visit Hospices de Beaune - Hôtel-Dieu, a former charitable almshouse founded in 1443 as a hospital for the poor. The original hospital building is one of the finest examples of XV century Burgundian architecture and one of the best-preserved Renaissance buildings in Europe.

Hautvillers - 13:10 - 13:45 Visit the Abbey’s Church of Sindulphe of the Abbey Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers. It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active until the French Revolution in 1789. Dom Perignon developed the wine-making methods in the Champagne region. Nowadays, there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village. Stop at the viewpoint with the best panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river.

13:45 Departure to Reims. It takes 30 minutes (28 km).
