Incredible fun and history for the whole family - Our guide was great and did a great job balancing the history, fun facts, and humor. We were traveling with 3 teenages and had an incredible visit. Versailles is a wonder and I am so happy our family got to experience the place.

Don't Miss Versailles - My daughter and I participated in this tour on Wednesday, April 3. all communication with Viator was smooth and finding the meeting point was no trouble. The bus ride was comfortable as well. Our tour guides were both exceptional and pleasant during the tour. My only small complaint would be with the headsets. They were not working for all participants and seemed to take quite a long time to remedy, so I felt we lost about 30 minutes of time that could have been spent longer in the gardens. Otherwise it was magnificent to see and is truly an incomparable wonder! Don't miss during your travels.

Great tour! - Very good tour experience. Avoided long lines by getting the early booking. Tour guide was great. Very engaging. Moved through rooms with easy and relatable facts. Not too fast. Gardens were amazing. Versailles was very instagram / influencer heavy. No fault of the guides! Don’t miss the bus to leave! When they say they are leaving they mean it!

Tour guide did a great job in spite of challenges - When we arrived at the meeting point the staff told us that she would be back to give us our numbers but she never returned. We ended up following the rest of the group to the bus and then we finally received a handwritten sticker for our group number from someone else. The bus ride was very comfortable. The group queue line was madness - not sure how the Versailles staff can improve that process. Our tour guide was awesome. Biggest issue was not enough time to go see the garden and that was probably due to the crowd and inefficient group queuing process

Take the audio tour ... - Description for duration of tour was 6 hrs where 2 were wasted waiting, tour started and our guide was very chatty, when I reminded her of the time in 2 occasions , she responded "feel free to go" she dueled so long in each room that we didn't have enough time to explore the garden at leisure

Gardens under construction - No one said anything about the gardens being under construction ! You walk out of the palace to big area of pure dirt .. was an awful view . If I knew the gardens were under construction I wouldn’t go or pay extra for the gardens …

Raped…taken advantage of. Thieves - Horrible Experience…. Thanks to the person who set up our two guided tours the information was sent to us all mixed up and switched. So you can imagine showing up on time at the wrong place and no one to meet you knowing there’s a no money back guarantee. We lost over $300 Euros
