Paris Theo Boat Seine River Cuise Italian Traittoria Dinner - The price was very reasonable, food was delicious and the sights were Magickal on the river cruise! This was one of the best experiences I had in Paris!

Food was good, facilities... - Food was good, facilities were clean. Reviews said hard to find but we had no issues. We greatly enjoyed our trip down the river and would recommend.

Great food, as well as the experience - Directions and itinerary are all spot on, sit back, and relax as the hosts do their part.FYI, the Eiffel tower lights up on the way back. Well done!

Lovely atmosphere, amazing staff. - Took this trip with my mum and sisters. The food was nice, the staff were lovely and so friendly and the views were amazing. The only problem we had, was locating the boat. We were told to follow the Italian flags, which we did. We stood under a flag saying “Theo Boat boarding” only to be told we were at the wrong boat. How was that possible when the flags said Theo boat boarding?However, a lovely staff member took us along to the correct boat and apart from that small problem, the rest of the experience was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Pleasant evening along the Seine - Pleasant evening once we found it! Trust Google maps, don't be put off that all other boats are on the opposite side of the river! Bit awkward to get to actual boat had to cross road with no actual crossings and walk over a central reservation. Easy uber pick up spot back over the road. Food was nice,staff busy but friendly, lovely views along the river, we went for 9pm sailing and everything lit up along the way. Good value for money.

Pleasant but unexceptional - Ship was fine, not too crowded and has good views. Route was a good length, not rushed and with time for sightseeing. Staff were friendly. Meal was just okay. Not a bad way to spend our first evening.

The eiffel tower was beautiful. - The food was only ok . Not really value for money. I had expected a commentary on the tour. Also it was difficult to get a taxi to get home

Only Once - The address for meeting and pick up was nowhere near the actual boarding point. You have to cross very busy roads and very poor lighting to get to the actual boat boarding point. There is no cover and only a small area to wait. Boarding was 9.00 pm on the ticket but did not start to 9.30. Very tight in seating and table space.
You get 1 bottle of water and that is it you pay for anything else. You only get to order 1 drink as they seemed to close the so called bar so they can serve the food.
Food was good but they could have had bread on the table being Italian dishes
Boat seemed to race back and we docked just after 11 so no 2 hours. Would I recommend it ? NO better options out there.

Don’t go there! - We went there for a romantic dinner on Theo. We had booked in advance for an evening cruise with high class Italian supper. We took the subway to the platform where we were to board. It was dark, no signage, no street lights, nothing to increase security at night around 9:00. Once we found the dock, we waited and waited when a young lady came to inform us that exceptionally, we had to go elsewhere, further in the darkness, to board. Boarding was dangerous because there was a space between the dock and the boat and there were many waves. The gentleman checking the reservations at the entrance of the boat was inexperienced because it took a crazy time. We had a table for two in the center of the boat because to have a table near the window there was an extra (€). My husband took the pasta in the form of squid (?) with an extra shrimp at 8€ on the website. Our waitress tells us: “If you had ordered this dish tonight, the surplus would have been 2€ and not 8€”. Well, why notify us that we have been scammed? In addition, this pasta was overcooked and so were the shrimp. However, my Bolognese linguini were good. Service was ordinary without more. If we'd known, we'd have done something else.
