What's Not Included
- Please show up wearing appropriate running gear and shoes. We are indeed running :)
- We cannot storage voluminous clothes and bags. Come with what you can actually carry while running
- Bring your own transportation tickets to get to the meeting point and to come back home
- We don’t provide entries to monuments and museums along the route, they’ll be closed during our run
- We also don’t provide any other meals and drinks other than the ones specified above
Additional Information
Select your preference: 6 km (4 miles) or 10 km (6 miles), and let’s set off! We’ll run to meet the rising sun, immersing you into a surprisingly quiet Paris. At this early hour, the majority of residents are still snoozing and the emerging daylight bathes the architecture and landmarks in shades of rose and gold. This side of Paris is likely new to you!
We’ve meticulously coordinated each part of this jogging route to provide you with fascinating stories and trivia, a enjoyable experience and an early morning work-out before breakfast. You just need to keep your legs moving!

Run Paris Secrets With Hamidou - Fantastic way to see the city and off the beaten track. Early morning, no crowds. Hamidou was very considerate for pace, knowledgeable and interesting. Rained the whole tour but didn’t detract from the experience. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Fantastic 21km run + tour - Fantastic tour. Hamidou is a great guide (very knowledgeable) but what makes it truly special is the route he curates. Do the 21km route if you can!

Perfect way to see Paris! - Hamidou was my tour guide and did an amazing job. I enjoyed his the knowledge he shared about the various sights we stopped at and enjoyed seeing the city before it was really busy with tourists!

A great early morning run through the streets of Paris - An early morning magical mystery running tour through the streets of Paris with Hamidou. There were 5 guest runners, 4 were French speaking and 1 English speaking (me). Such a pleasure to run through the empty streets and witness the sights and sounds of Paris in the morning. My husband followed on an e-bike and throughly enjoyed himself too. Lots of fun and laughter along the way and memories made.

A fun morning run! - Instructions on where to meet were great. The guide showed up, and off we went. There were only 2 of us, but I am very slow. The guide waited until I caught up to give us the information about each site. The route we took was beautiful, and we saw all the major sites finishing with the Eiffiel Tower. I left there, as the other person wanted to return faster than I could go. The guide made sure I knew where I was going and how to get there. It was lots of fun - just wish I was faster.
