Great tour! - The museum is realy huge. You definetly need a guide. Mobile app is an option, that gives you true independance and some information about art history.

Nice AG option for its cost - Pros: Not annoying voice (my ''personal beef'' with many AGs), good coverage in terms of important stuff vs not important art and collection (Louvre is HUGE), good amount of useful info, facts, some jokes and dynamics of storytelling, like they there was some attempt to overcome usual inherit boredom of such thing (self guided AG). I liked ancient world portion info. Cons: not all parts equally fun/well flowing (some feels more stale, yet you can skip them in worst case, like some longer history/painter biography parts), I guess there is element of museum changing exposition a bit vs time of recording vs listener movement points. Idk how its avoidable, seen same issues with every AG (even official etc). Overall very reasonable product/experience for its price, with minor issues, if you ok with concept of self guided AG and limitations of format. I bit conflicted on final rating, its more like 4.5-4.7 if tripadvisor allowed more nuanced % evaluation. There is also free stuff in their app too as minor bonus. App itself ok to use.

Scam - I made a reservation, which I didn't understand, I told him to cancel in less than a minute and he didn't even return the money, neither guarantee nor money. I feel totally robbed
