Elegant and just the right size boat - We loved the boat and that it wasn't one of those large, over-crowded boats. Had excellent views of all the major monuments and a nice area to sit or stand outside. The service and staff were great, and the company was super helpful when we contacted them the next day regarding an item we thought we may have left on the boat. The food was so-so, kind of what is expected for a somewhat touristy experience, but the price was reasonable compared to other Seine dinner cruises.

Lovely food and scenery - Lovely, chilled out cruise long the Seine with excellent food and decent service. Sights were spectacular lit up at night.

A good night out on the Seine - Overall this was a good experience. Boarding was on time and smooth, staff and crew were professional and pleasant, and the food though not spectacular was good. Being docked next to the fabulous Eiffel Tower afforded the opportunity for some great pictures as the tower was lit up brilliantly, and the dining area was immaculately clean and neat. We were disappointed at having to pay an extra $20 for a window seat, as there were a few empty seats as such on board, and water could have been complimentary instead of us having to pay $9 for a bottle. Even with these negatives, however, we would recommend this cruise.

For a birthday - Extra charge of 10 euros per person to be next to the windows, cheese is not included in the menu and is therefore extra.. Boarding staff and waiters very nice and smiling.

It was OK - In my opinion was the dinner OK for the Price. It wasn“t amazing. I fand dissapointed the music, i had hopped more typically france music during the dinner.

Ok at best - The cruise was ok, however location was changed so it made it much harder for ya to get too, and in a very unlit place so safety was iffy. Nice to see at night but food was a bit of a let down, service was average

Not so Prestigious! - The first issue is identifying the exact departure point, and actual boat. More precise information would help. Luckily we allowed plenty of time. Staff on board were pleasant and attentive. Food was not a highlight. Options were Seafood, Vegetarian or Traditional. We had 1 x Veg & 1 x Trad. All edible but nothing to get excited about. Some commentary on surroundings would have been interesting. A better PA system with nice background music would have been nice. Less noisy children would have been even nicer!

Disappointing tour - From all the tours in a week with my family, this one was totally disappointing. First of all, the food was mediocre and the menu should me posted when booking the tour. You pay only for food, not even all (you have to pay additional for cheese course if you want), you pay separate for drinks, even water. Slow service too. The experience is supposed to be to enjoy a special dinner while experiencing and “seeing” Paris at night. Well, the glare of the windows don’t allow you to appreciate much so unless you are seating on the top, you barely see the city. If you really want to enjoy the Sienna and the sightseeing, i recommend to do it during the day and not sure about food.

Terrible experience - AVOID! Couldn’t wait to get off the boat. - Went on this cruise with reasonably high hopes for a relaxing nice dinner, which was a mistake. It was terrible- I absolutely couldn’t wait to get off the boat after 1.5 hours. Very average tasteless food, terrible service and horrible touristy music (including loud blasting 70s disco music if it’s someone’s birthday). They served our food 20 minutes after everyone else claiming we didn’t get on the boat on time, so all of our food and orders for the night would therefore be delivered after everyone else. This was very strange- they were clearing everyone else’s plate and serving dessert and we hadn’t even been served our main. I asked the manager what was happening and he just shrugged. If the policy is that if you board late you get your food late, they need to tell you at the start rather than serving every person on the boat and not you for the whole cruise. The boat cruise was to start at 6.30pm and we boarded before that time. In the unlikely event that they respond to this, I am sure they will try to claim we were horrendously late, which is untrue. The staff seemed to want to make a big point about us being late and therefore trying to make an example of us which I have never encountered before after many years of travelling. I even watched our drinks sit on the bar for almost 15 minutes before they pointedly brought them over late (everyone around us had been served their drinks 10 minutes before). The whole boat was served dried out bread rolls with no butter. Very bizarre way to approach paying customers. Regardless of this, it disappointedly turned out to be a horrendously tacky loud tourist activity- avoid at all costs. Watched the manager standing around smoking on the deck and looking at his phone whilst we waited for food that we thought would never come, when everyone else was eating dessert. There are such wonderful places to go on the mainland in Paris (and probably other much better cruises) where you have nice people, great service and delicious food, and you don’t get blasted by terrible tacky tourist music, have tasteless average food, and get ignored by very strange boat serving staff (or alternatively listen to those around you get over the top tourist jokes and fake compliments). Save your money for where it’s appreciated and you don’t have an experience that spoils one of your special treasured days in Paris.
