Fantastic day at Versailles - Eli our tour guide was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. Her wealth of information was excellent . I would highly recommend Eli as your next tour guide .

Fabulous, smooth and easy tour - As promised, we were picked up by a van at our apartment with the driver Azlan and our private guide Diana. Both were very friendly.
We visited the gardens and castle, then chose to do the small Trianon and the gardens over the big Trianon. Diana is a wealth of knowledge and very friendly.
It was a great tour overall and we would take it again and recommend it!
Thank you, it was awesome for our teenage kids and us!

This tour is AMAZING!!... - This tour is AMAZING!! Our guide was so full of knowledge and made the entire experience great. Lots to see and learn about the Palace and surrounding grounds. Was definitely a highlight of our Paris trip. Definitely recommend this tour!!

Amazing day at Versailles and surrounding area - This tour was amazing! Our guide, Ilya was so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to spend the day with! Such a nice man. He taught us so much and we got so much out of this tour thanks to him. Views were incredible! I enjoyed the Queen’s hamlet so much! So peaceful and no crowds! Would recommend highly!!!

Fantastic tour - The tour was fantastic—informative, fun, and really well put together.
Our guide, Ilya, was incredible. He was super knowledgeable, organized, and knew exactly how to keep us engaged the entire time. His ability to switch between languages so effortlessly made the tour even more impressive and inclusive. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and takes pride in sharing it with others.
Our driver, Aslan, was also a huge part of what made the day so smooth. He was polite, professional, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable the whole ride. His calm energy and great driving let us relax and enjoy every moment.
Together, Ilya and Aslan made the whole experience seamless and memorable. Highly recommend them both!

The Trianons - This was a custom tour. We had been to Versailles before and wanted to avoid the mobs and long walks so we asked for just the Grand and Small Trianons and Hamlet Our every expectation was met. Our driver was timely, safe, car immaculate. Guide David was terrific—knowledgeable, good mix of humor, stories, facts. He found perfect photo-ops, and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Great team!

Our incompetent guide ruined our experience - The private car and driver were first rate. The so called guide was totally incompetent. Interacting with the travel agency that arranged the trip was excellent. They were very responsive. Originally we wanted to tour in the morning but because of heavy booking the company switched us to the afternoon. Despite this the guide and driver showed up at 10 AM. The guide was clueless about the schedule that we discussed for our visit. As a result of his incompetence, getting lost and difficulty finding the exit as well as showing up at the Big House at the wrong time, having to backtrack, etc. we did not get to see the Petit Trianon and our visit to the Big House was cut short. Every question we asked was met with the same “I don’t know” answer. He even gave us incorrect information about closing time. It turns out he was a bartender not a regular guide. In reading other reviews, many customers had excellent guides. Alas, we didn’t. When I complained to the tour company,they gave us a token refund. I would have gladly paid the entire amount for a good guide and a better experience.
