We are Gaby & Carlos siblings with a common passion: FOOD.
Since 2016, we have developed joyful French baking & cooking classes for families.
A dynamic, fun and easy way to approach challenging recipes in a shared onsite & online experience that promises a unique hands-on participation.
Our goal is to simply embellish this idea and shared passion for cooking by giving to families tools to learn so that in the near future they can re-create those recipes at any time, for which we are certain you will end up having your own Petit Chef! at home

Experience the Craft of Making French Macarons: A Private and Customized Lesson with Enthusiastic Chefs Gaby and Carlos.
Immerse yourself in a private macaron-baking class conducted by fervent chefs Gaby and Carlos in their fully-fitted kitchen. Every participant (up to 4) will get their dedicated workspace and cooking tools, and be instructed in detail by Gaby, Carlos, or a member of their crew.
Gain knowledge about the creation of delicious macarons, which includes a chocolate ganache stuffing and shells made through the Italian meringue technique, as well as their flawless assembly. As the baking progresses, your instructor will narrate the origin of macarons and other French baked goods. When your macarons are prepared, savor them accompanied by a hot cup of coffee or tea - an ideal breakfast!
