Easy to get vouchers - Ordered tickets for general entry as all tickets through the Louvre website were taken. Vouchers were sent the day before and line moved quickly at our designated time. The Louvre is a must-see while in Paris!

Great option for planning a visit to the Louvre - This appears to be a great way to plan a visit to the Louvre without any ticket issues. We arrived 30 min before our time (4p) and there was a specific "pre-queue" from which we were moved into a queue by the door to the pyramid. At 355p they began letting our queue in and we went in right at 4p.

Fantastic ticket - Such a great ticket, booked for 12pm, joined queue and was in the Louvre within minutes, fantastic collection of art work, the room that Mona Lisa was very busy which was to be expected, but well worth it.

skip the lines, no question - skipping the line totally worth it otherwise you experience extremely long queues. with 3 kids in tow, this was critical

Lovely tour of the Louvre. - Entry was easy (everything was well marked). Line moved along quickly and we went through security very easily. The museum never disappoints!

It was very difficult to... - It was very difficult to communicate with the Louvre staff about our tickets. They wouldn't help us and we took 45 minutes to bnavigate the texts. The tickets kept disappearing off my screen so we couldn't enter at our reserved time. No one at the Louvre could help us.

Sloppy - You sent tickets to Louvre anonymously toy number on WhatsApp to be downloaded. There is no cell coverage in Louvre. Almost could not get the tickets and missed our slot.

Terrible - When we arrived at the louvre there was NO ONE to greet us. No one with signage, no one to be found! We would have missed the entire paid for experience if it wasn’t for a kind guard directing us to a line of missed time slot tourists. I will never book with trip advisor again.
