Exceptional and Amazing Experience!! - Mourad was our guide and baker extraordinaire! This was the best and most amazing experience that we have ever done! We were able to make baguettes, croissants and financier patisserie! It was so much FUN!!🤩 Mourad was fun, full of knowledge, excitement, fun facts, family experiences and made our time learning how to make the BEST food ever!! We fully, wholeheartedly recommend this for anyone that wants the most AMAZING experience in making the baguettes, croissants and financier patisserie! Repeat customer when we come back!!

Wonderful experience - Our baking instructor, Moreau (spelling?), was absolutely wonderful. He was informative and witty and obviously enthusiastic about teaching his craft. We did hands on baking and rolling the entire time and sampled along the way. My wife loves to bake and is very good at it, so she thoroughly enjoyed the class, and admitted that she learned a few new tricks. And the best part: we got to leave with what we baked, much more than we could possibly eat. We gave most of it to the staff at our hotel and they were most grateful. We highly recommend this experience.

Baking and laughing - My daughter and I had the pleasure of taking a baking class at Bristot Baguette. It was the first class they had there and it was the best experience ever. Nulu as he said we could call him was not only extremely knowledgeable about all things baking but he was able to explain it in such a way that my daughter completely understood but also kept us laughing the entire time. He explained how European flour flour was different than American flour and the process that yeast goes through. We baked baguettes, bread bowls, cookies and rolled croissants. We went home with a bunch of goodies. The area was a bit far from our hotel but a beautiful walk with many sights to see. I highly recommend this experience.

Amazing experience fun for everyone! - We were greeted with caffeine and an assortment of baked goods. All of which were fabulous. Mourad was our guide and he was phenomenal. We were able to see where all the magic happens in the bakery. Mourad was amazing with our child in the group as well as with the adults. We learned by doing. Dough was made for us and was ready to be smacked, folded, and rolled into baguettes, buns, and a French dessert. And not only did we bake these items. We all got goodie bags of the items we made. I have enough baguettes to go with my breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner for my entire stay here in Paris. Thank you again to our guide for making this such a special experience for our family.

Learn about French baking and eat what you bake! - We had the most amazing time during our French bakery experience. From the moment we entered and they placed a dish with all kinds of puff pastry to try, we had a sense this would be great. All delicious. Maya (sp?) was our teacher/guide and she was charming, knowledgeable, and seemed to really love what she does. Learning the process of how the bakery operates behind the pastry cases out front, was just as enjoyable as eating the baked goods we made there. We had bags of bread to take home. They even told us they would be selling the croissants we rolled ourselves for the next day in the bakery. We give the highest recommendation possible for this fun and interesting authentic French experience!

Breakfast at the bakery - Great way to start the day. Very informative and hands on. We were given the product of our labour to take with us which was a surprise, Take your grandchildren . They will have a ball.

Avoid this experience - Never had an experience with viator where I scheduled an experience, was messaged the day before to confirm the event, and then had the tour guide not show up at the start of the experience! We waited for 30 minutes with another family there and nobody ever showed up. We were just standing around awkwardly in a crowded bakery. Very unorganized and an absolute waste of our time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this booking. At least we got our refund quickly.
