Under the guide of a professional sommelier, you’ll get to taste and pick the grape varieties you want in your wine, then blend, try, taste again, improve and ultimately create your very own wine. A must do if in Paris! - Awesome experience. I learned a lot about red wine and it was fun trying mixtures to blend your own wine. The sommelier Jasmine was very knowledgeable and upbeat. Highly recommend

Must Do Experience in Pari - Our host/sommelier Irving was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. He made the experience incredible for our small group. Learned a lot about the wines, varietals, blends and history of the caves. It was rewarding to make personal blend that matched our individual tastes.

Absolutely lovely! - Jan, our sommelier, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. We had lots of questions about wine and he knew the answers. We learned so much, and this was definitely one of our favorite parts during our very first visit to Paris! The mixed charcuterie board was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be ordered wine overseas once we return home. Thank you!

Great experience! - I went with my mom to the make your own bottle of wine class and we were both thrilled with our bottles! You not only are able to mix and match different types of wine, but the instructor will walk you through how to taste for different elements of the wine such as the acidity and tannins. Our instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We were also able to personalize our bottles with our own labels and were shown how to cork and seal our bottles with wax. Highly recommend.

Fun and informative! - Enjoyable experience where we learned lots about the wines of France. Who knew the different regions have different bottle shapes?! Needed a couple of tries to get the wax right on my bottle- my excuse was I was making a French chef’s hat!
