Additional Information

In 1949, Jean Bruel launched “Bateaux-Mouches®”, igniting a fresh principle on the Seine and establishing the onset of river-based sightseeing in Paris. Today, can there be a superior manner to commemorate the love’s festivity than at the core of the Love City? Your gorgeous evening commences even before the sunset, as you embark onto one of our dining vessels. Holding a champagne flute, your ship will drift away from the pier, embarking you on a romantic odyssey along the Seine: landmarks like Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Pont des Arts, the Seine’s quays, the palaces and monuments will glide by providing a picturesque background to your unique night. Do you desire anything more? Be it a romantic or familial dinner, an extraordinary menu amalgamating tradition with modernity: appetizer, main dish and dessert will transport you on an exploration of French culinary art. Live performers will contribute to composing an evening you will remember forever. Allow yourselves to yield to creating an eternal treasured memory.

Romantic dinner cruise - Food was delicious and the views were spectacular! Just the right amount of time for dinner and dessert. Sunset views to start the cruise then the lights of Paris at night to end the trip!

Valentine’s dinner - The experience was generally very good. Valentine's dinner was very romantic and the atmosphere of the boat. I just have to mention that we were not allowed to go to a table next to the glass, even after being requested, and with the existence of empty tables during the entire cruise.

Overpriced, trading on past reputation;;to be avoided. - Bateaux-Mouches became an institution in Paris, as a result of years of hard work by its management, in persuit of excellence. Its present management should be ashamed of the present offering. The experience presented to us this evening was a money-grabbing disgrace. The title of our “event” was Excellence. The only thing that was excellent about the evening was the staff; embarrassed as they were in having to present such an inferior, devalued, overpriced, product. It would appear that others have made the discovery before us, as evidenced by the many empty seats and tables, on a night which historically has been a sell-out. I have put a copy of tonight’s menu with this review and I invite any director of the company to contact me to explain why and how some the items actually offered were not those on this menu. I am also trying to publishing a photograph of the special Valentine gift that was presented as part of our €360 (£313) package. It was an insult. The accountants and directors of this company must have congratulated themselves on sourcing an item, probably from China, costing less than a tea-bag. They do not appreciate how such an item devalues their credibility. Please accept that I have no axe to grind. I am not a member of a competitor. I am an an independent 70 year old retired Solicitor, somewhat sadly trying to make an objective review of a devalued product. Others have voted with their feet; I wish we had have had the information to have done so too. Stay away.
