Highly recommended - Easy to book online ( and cheaper than at the official ticket office). We bought a two day pass and used it many times. Great way to see Paris from the river. Stops are right next to the main tourist spots

Highly recommend - We enjoyed the experience, managed to take some amazing photos. And it was very convenient, as you can hop on/off. Another positive for us was, the boat was covered but you could go to the open deck, perfect for cold weather.

Not reliable - We recently took a hop-on-hop-off boat tour, expecting a convenient way to explore the area. Unfortunately, the schedule was completely unreliable. The boat didn’t stick to the posted times and even left early on some stops, making it impossible to know when it would actually arrive. This was frustrating, especially for those trying to plan their day around the service. That said, once we finally got on board, the experience was much better. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the boat itself was clean and comfortable. If the company improved their time management and stuck to the advertised schedule, this would be a great way to see the sights. Until then, I’d only recommend it if you’re willing to wait around without a clear timeframe.

Oil stained clothes and a lot of crying children. - We sat in the heat for an hour straight and all their seats stained our clothes with oil overall a terrible experience. I will never be using this again.

Never again - I would never use this company again. The timetable is completely unreliable, the staff unhelpful, and in the summertime it is a miserable experience. There is no airflow and the window design makes it extremely hot. Giving it one last chance today the staff closed the rope in our faces, not allowing us on even though there was plenty of room. I would maybe understand if they strictly kept to their timeline, but that has not been the case. I watched many other companies boats go by waiting for ours with multiple boats and better designs. I would use one of them in the future.

Prebooking with Tripadvisor was unnecessary and didn't work out - I waited to write this hoping that Tripadvisor would do the right thing but it has been three weeks, so I'm adding my two cents. This two-day booking, made for July 1st and 2nd, was the first excursion I booked with TripAdvisor. I was excited to sightsee using the cruise as our main mode of transportation along the Seine. Instead, upon arriving in the area, I was unable to get to the Tripadvisor Voucher via the app or website to prove that I had prepaid. When I contacted TripAdvisor (via a virtual chat, which I hate), they told me it was working on their end and it must be me (I had full bars and was using their app on an iPhone with an up to date OS). In the end, I had to book a different cruise with a different operator. My advice? There are tons of boat operators along the Seine, don't mess with TripAdvisor, just walk up and pay in person. There was absolutely no benefit to pre-booking - even during busy July.

Does it even exist? - We’re still waiting for the boat. The timer countdown to the next boat is a joke, when it gets to zero, it simply resets to 30 minutes and starts again, with no boat in sight. Has happened twice so far. Very disappointing and screwed up our schedule for the day.

BAD SERVICE - Haven’t actually gotten on board yet because the girl checking our tickets couldn’t get her scanner to work and after telling us the boat was leaving soon, let it leave with us standing there …now we have to wait 25 minutes for the next one …so a big ZERO for customer service so far!
