Relaxing boat ride - We really enjoyed our boat trip on the Seine. Especially loved seeing the Musee d'Orsay and the Eiffel tower from the boat. It was a relaxing journey and we could hear the commentary clearly as we were sitting inside.

Deception and deception - When we made the reservation they told us that on the tour you see the most important monuments "sitting", that there was room for everyone. After an endless queue, when they open the fence, the travelers start running, they push you, they do not respect children or the elderly. There is no place for everyone, if you want to see what is hired you have to stand the entire trip, taking photos is almost impossible. I wouldn't repeat it, it seems unsafe and misleading to me.

Speaker failure - The price would have been reasonable and the cruise nice but……no comments. So too expensive and too long for children.

Average experience unfortunately - Although price was reasonable and boat left on time, we found they had closed upstairs seating, which wasn't good. Comentary was not great and and started late. I think they should forget the use of port and starboard and use 'on your left or right'..

A real scam! - I booked the Seine River tour through Viator for April 6. When I approach the dock, they tell me that they did not offer the tour that day (something they never told me by email or phone in advance). I contacted the supplier for a full refund for the activity and to date no one has contacted me. I feel really ripped off!

The boats are all cancelled due to flooding- do not book - Bateaux Mouches are not running due to flooding but tickets still being sold- be warned. Very disappointed to turn up and find all the boats cancelled. Even worse that my son and girlfriend only bought their tickets 2 days ago. No contact from Trip Adviser or Viator to advise us of this and nothing about a refund. Appalling.

Took my money and didn’t deliver - I booked non refundable tickets and when I arrived I was told there were no boats leaving that day. I tried messaging Viator for a refund and no response. Yet, they send me a review form.

Awful and not at all what we paid for - This cruise was awful and not at all what we paid for. It said a max of 50 people and there were hundreds (including a large group of screaming school children). We paid extra for champagne and there was nowhere on the boat that would even have champagne. It said we’d be able to see Notre Dame and it didn’t even go past it. Very disappointing experience and would like a refund.

I did not like - Appalling. Closed at the top and with people standing, very full and you couldn't see anything because everyone was standing. I don't recommend it at all

run away ! - Cruise canceled without warning! tickets are not refundable. general conditions of betting in 1 click. supposedly valid for 2 years. no interest for foreign tourists and this is not mentioned anywhere. RUN AWAY! Looking for super cruise competition by going to the Pont Neuf stars...
