Amazing experience!! - I highly recommend this cruise! 5-star food, several options and very well served, not to mention the views offered to us! Very good!

Excellent evening river cruise - Very enjoyable evening cruise with friendly staff. We did not have the full three course meal but instead chose to have the plate of cheeses. Fabulous choice and plenty of it. Bread was topped up so we were more than happy with this choice. Music was excellent and atmosphere great. We enjoyed some time on the rooftop and managed to get some great photos of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend

Second rate cruise - We were really looking forward to this cruise but unfortunately it turned out a disappointing experience. The signposting was poor. We had trouble finding the boat and pier. The reception was not very welcoming. The boat departed 40 minutes late, without offering reasons or apologies. The quality of the food was fine, but certainly not outstanding. The live singer performed well and was the best part of the evening. It did not help that the weather was so wet which made the event far less enjoyable.

Our best driver - Our Uber driver who did his best to come on time. We were waiting at the spot given to us, 10 Grenelles. This address was 35 min drive away from where we should be. I also missed the message sent to my phone telling us about the changed route to give us the opportunity to either go or cancel or get a refund. We were dressed up and surprised to see no boats and other guests. After contacting the boat we were told about the address. On the boat there were 3 other passengers. What a fiasco.

Very disappointed - never saw any sites - Very nice staff and good food…plenty of it too! It was a beautiful evening and we were so excited for our adventure. Our boat was difficult to find - very confusing directions to get to it, luckily they call you during the day for your menu choices so we had a number to call and give the phone to our driver so they could explain in French on where we needed to go. You arrive at a floating hotel called the Yacht Hotel and you need to go inside to check in - then you are placed in their hotel dining room for your dinner - we totally felt like we were in the wrong place and had to wait in a line to find out we were where we needed to be. We had read online that sometimes the boats can’t get under the bridges due to the water level but it wasn’t until about 15-20 minutes before our evening ride was over that I asked if we were going to see the Eiffel Tower? Our waiter went and checked and came back with the bad news that we would see nothing tonight. I completely understand that this is out of their control but it should have been communicated to us all at the start of the cruise so we all weren’t just waiting to see something!! So sorry to give such a low rating since the staff and food were great…but communication is important especially to those from out of the area

No sights to be seen - If you are looking to see the sights of Paris, don’t take this tour. The food was excellent, the staff superb, the singer top notch, but the ride itself left much to be desired. We took off 40 minutes later than planned, and cruised the river in the opposite direction of all the sights. The staff never told us ( or anyone else on our cruise) that we would not see anything but barges. At checkin we were told that due to the high level of the river that there was a bridge that we could not go under and so we would not be able to see the Eiffel Tower. I felt like this was a bit misleading, as they did not tell us that we would not see ANYTHING! If you are looking for a good meal on a boat, I recommend this restaurant, but if you are looking for a tour….go somewhere else. (I never leave bad reviews, but we bought 5 expensive tickets for this tour to celebrate our daughter’s birthdays and everyone was disappointed. I don’t want that to happen to you.)

TRIADVISOR'S MISLEADING ADVERTISING - I was deceived by TRIADVISOR, they sold me a "Cruise on the Seine and Dinner", when we arrived we were informed that dinner would be on a stationary boat and then the tour would be on another. It was a surprise for my wife, our 50th wedding anniversary. She cried the whole time and I ended up eating a hamburger. I paid 772.00 reais. There was no way to cancel it, as it was already 24 hours past the deadline. BEWARE, MISLEADING ADVERTISING. I must file a lawsuit in small claims court asking for compensation.

Beyond 😞 disappointing. - Very disappointing, it was canceled, the same day like 5 hrs or so before the mentioned time and I'm still waiting for my refund. It should be our 35 wedding anniversary celebration, I need to change my perspective inorder to enjoy the rest of my vacation here in Paris. NO STAR.

Failure to notify passengers of new boat location - We have used Viator for more than 15 years and have always been pleased. However, we (2 80 year olds) spent more than 2 hours walking on both sides of the river searching for our boat. Without notifying us, it had been moved to another location. When we called to ask about the boat, we were told we could go the following evening. We arrived the next night at an industrial location, and the boat went in the opposite direction of the famous landmarks citing “high water levels” so we saw NOTHING. It was noted that if the boat had departed from the original location we could have seen the landmarks since other boats were able to do that. We feel a reimbursement of some sort should be provided due to a wasted round trip taxi and failure to provide what other boats were able to do. The meal was fair, but the purpose of the evening was to view the beautiful Paris landmarks at night. A total disappointment.

Horrible - Horrible experience. We paid thinking we were going to see these landmarks at night lit up. But we didn’t go that way. No explanation we came from Australia to do this trip. Very disappointed food was awful and service very slow. Wouldn’t recommend this to everyone ever. 😢
