Wonderful Car Sercive in Paris - Our driver was wonderful. He was prompt at arriving and despite my error in not explaining how much big luggage we had, made iit work and did not stress a bit about it. I am quite impressed in his ability to fit 3 large suitcases and 2 smaller into a Tesla and got us to the train station in time. Excellent service --but please let them know if you have a lot of luggage prior to pick up!

The driver was very... - The driver was very prompt and took us directly to our destination. If you are outside the city limits they will charge you an extra 20 or 30 euros.

Driver late to pick up - Driver was late. He was not outside of baggage claim. We were told he would be waiting. We had to call him and it was hard to communicate with him. He finally found us in the airport. We walked to his van with him. The ride was fine to the hotel.

Disappointing experience - The driver came in earlier than requested, which is fine but then we felt rushed. The real issue was with the drop off. The trip was to the Gare Du Nord and the driver dropped us off about 300 meters from the station, at the beginning of Rue de Compiègne. We ended up walking with all of our luggage through a construction area there. As soon as we got closer we saw the main street- Rue de Dunkerque - in front of the station was open and people were being dropped off right at the front door. Such a disappointing experience.

They do not show up on... - They do not show up on time. They say they will be at the pickup point in 10 minutes. (meaning 10 minutes late) but 10 minutes turns into 20 minutes, so i picked up another taxi because i did not want to miss my train. I want my FULL refund.

Take a cab instead - A cab would have been better. Driver was texting and not paying attention to driving. The ride was so short that a cab would be better.. also at station way too early
