Beautiful experience - Our guide Carlo Sanchez was very punctual, kind, helpful, competent. Beautiful experience, I recommend it.

Definitely trustworthy and professional - It was a great experience. the guides met us at the place they said they were going to be. helped us through the day. no complaints

Eiffel Tour and Lovre - Pedro, Joslin and Carlos were great guides. This is a skip the line tour, which is valuable but not a guided tour. The cruise on the Seine is self guided, can be used at any time. Not a bad thing as seeing the Eiffel Tour and Lovre in the same day makes it a tiring day.

Not guided - This is not really a guided tour. You are guided to your destinations, told a little of the history of those destinations and then you’re on your own. We were looking forward to the guided museum tour and were disappointed it was self guided. The guides that took us to each place were great (punctual, friendly).

Average experience - The guide just gave the tickets. We had to stand in the line for everything. There was no real explanation of the places we visited. I could have bought the tickets on my own and could have at least saved sometime waiting for everyone in the group.

Trip was not as presented. - The trip included three parts. The guide took us to 2. He provided us tickets to the third. When asked wher to go for the boats he did not know just look at the ticket. When asked the name of the tour provider he again sid look at the ticket. When we were walkingthe guide was usually a block ahead. He was asked to slow down he said ok but cintinued at the same pace. Finall at the Tower he gave us the date the height and weight. That was the extent of his information. He was nice but not ready to guide a group.

Changed the tour without previous notice - The guides were very kind and polite but the tour operator decided to change the order of the tour. Instead of doing Eiffel Tower, Seine Cruise and Louvre, they changed it to Eiffel Tower, Louvre and cruise without previous notice which was terrible because we had plans near the Louvre and our cruise was ruined because it was raining all afternoon.

Worst day in Paris - Guide was nice and courteous but spoke very little and was not informative about the day’s events or any history about what we were actually seeing. We got there early but some people had to catch up bc the guide left early and didn’t wait until the scheduled time. In addition to that the tour was badly organized and more like a “drop off with tickets” - advertised to be a day in Paris but was actually a “get in long line at Eiffel Tower” then take metro trains (no bus) to louvre and wait an hour there before being told to go look at whatever we wanted without going back to Eiffel Tower. Guide then just disappeared after giving us tickets to boat ride to do on own which was across the city back at starting point of the day. Kind of felt like a waste of a day and should be better advertised.

Don’t do it! - They do not tell you they will have you standing and waiting very long periods of time at the Eiffel tower entrance. Then afterwards you wait for a very long time. Then they walk you to the train station and ride with you to the Louvre. Once you get into the extremely busy Louvre, they leave you and just give you the tickets for the boat. The boat was so overcrowded we couldn’t even get on. A enormous waste of money. Please do not waste your time. The guides were amazing though.

Messed up tour - After spending 2 hours in line waiting for the Eiffel Tower to open it never did for some unknown reason and meeting our tour guide at 0800 and then waiting in line until 10:30 and still no one coming out to tell us anything we just left and went on the river tour.
