It has stood witness to some of the most pivotal moments in French history, including the coronation of Napoleon Bonaparte and the liberation of Paris during World War II.

The cathedral is also home to many treasures, including the magnificent organ with its nearly 8,000 pipes and the famous gargoyles that peer out over the city from the roof.

Although Notre Dame suffered a devastating fire in 2019, which caused significant damage to the cathedral, it remains an awe-inspiring monument to human ingenuity and creativity. Great Overview of Top Places in Paris - Rawda was the best! She showed us all the cool view points, gave a great tour of the Louvre, and helped with all the metro transitions and went at a reasonable pace. This was definitely a quick pass by all the important stuff, so not the most independent, but Rawda still made it feel like we learned a lot. She is also a great photographer!

Great day in Paris! - The tour was thoroughly enjoyed by all, with the most memorable part of the day being the Louvre Museum. Learning the history & seeing the collections was remarkable. The Seine River cruise was a relaxing end to the day prior to going to the Eiffel Tower for our evening entry. The view from the Eiffel Tower at dusk was amazing & we had a bonus with the light show. It was a great day with a wonderful guide. When scheduling these tours make sure you get paper copies of entry tickets for events your guide isn't accompanying you on. We did have an issue with all tickets being emailed to the person who booked the tour & not being able to forward individual tickets to group members. This is a walking tour, I got almost 26,000 steps for the day. If you are not physically fit and/or have issues walking, you might want to look for a different tour. Our guide was very gracious & worked with our groups limitations.

Perfect Paris Tour!! - Christine did an amazing job giving us history and explaining everything to where no questions were really needed. She engaged everyone and made this tour so amazing! We did have to leave early and missed the Eiffel Tower and Seine boat ride, but I am confident that the part of that tour was just as fabulous!!!

Good Tour for lots of sites - This tour was with the tour guy. We really enjoyed this tour. It was a lot of walking and there was a bit of rain, however, overall it was a very good tour. Our guide was Ana and she was very informative. There is a lot of walking up and down steps and use of the metro as well. That said, if you have trouble, or have younger children that can’t handle the 20,000+ steps for the day, it’s best not to take this tour. That said, overall, we saw many sites and hit most everything you could in one day. It also included a Seine river cruise which you could take at the end of the tour(around 4pm) or at another time. We did take it another day when the weather was better. In addition, as mentioned on their site, the Eiffel Tower portion is for a time entry anywhere from 4 to 10 PM. Ours was at 9:30, and we almost planned on not taking it as we were tired from the entire tour. However, we did end up going at 9:30pm, and having a wonderful time, seeing the Eiffel tour lit up at night. In hindsight, it would’ve been better if there were a couple of smaller breaks, built into the tour in addition to the lunch break. That said, overall, it was a good tour. We did a lot, and saw a lot, and appreciated some of the flexibility given with the cruise. Would recommend this tour but only if your whole group is able to handle a full day of walking.

Mediocre tour - Tour touched on nearly all of the great Paris sites, however the guide was The Tour Guy subpar. I ended up going on similar tour with different tour group and received far more information about each site we stopped at along the way.

Rushed and not clear to exact entrance to the Eiffel Tower, entrance #1 or #2, a long walk between - The tour began in the morning and tour guide rushed us from one place to another. Hardly any time to take a picture and almost lost the guide a few times. The morning guide told us to meet the evening guide for the Eiffel tour at the base of the tower at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour. We arrived an hour before the tour at the base and we even contacted the tour via text to confirm that we were there at the #2 entrance. They replied back 6 min later asking where we were after I just sent them a text that we were at the #2 entrance, 30 minutes prior to the meeting time. They never replied back. We ran to entrance #1 at 9:50pm to check if the Tour Guide was there. Waited and bought our own tickets to enter the Eiffel Tower at 10:16pm. We got in line for the elevator to top of the tower. I then see the Tour Guide enter about 10:30pm in line. I stopped her and asked where she was at and she said the tour tried to call. I said no they didn't. Here is my text to the tour, my call log to the tour and my email. She said just send them a request for refund. Really? What customer service! Never again!

Highly disappointed! - We had a limited time in Paris which is why we booked this expensive tour. The guided visit the Louvre Museum was the main reason I was willing to pay this obscene amount. We were notified less than 24 hr before our scheduled tour that we would not be attending the Louvre. Thought this was cheeky since their cancellation policy requires you to give 24 hours notice in order to get a full refund. They still ran other tours they had to the Louvre which was very infuriating!
