Great Campy Fun - The Night City Tour was very good as you do get to see the Paris attractions all lit up for the night. The guides were only there to hand out the tickets to see the Moulin Rouge and to do a head count, they didn't provide any narration. For the narration, they provided us with a link to an app for the tour. The Moulin Rouge is campy, outrageous fun. If you get embarrassed or are uncomfortable with women's breasts on display, then this activity is not for you! It is outrageous and flamboyant and funny! It's sort of Cirque de Soleil meets Vaudeville. You have to hoof it back to the bus immediately after the show because the bus driver will not wait. The driver will drop you off at various main attractions so that you can make your way back to your hotel easily.

Moulin Rouge & City Night Tour - The Moulin Rouge portion of this trip was fantastic, however there was no info given regarding bus tour portion so we assumed it would be after the dinner & show. Could our we had to book a time on the bus, so we went another evening. The WIFI on bus did not work so we could not listen to the guided tour. The young man on the bus did his best to show/tell us where we were, however the communication from this company was lacking. Do the Moulin Rouge for sure!

Great show! Worth it. Do not expect a tour tho. - Moulin Rouge show was amazing ! However, the city night tour was not a tour at all, only transportation to the Moulin Rouge. I was expecting more from from that first stage of the package.

Disappointed that there was not a city tour - The city tour was cancelled without any advanced notice. Moulin Rouge was entertaining. Wish someone had given us notice.

Book moulin rouge direct online without tour - Moulin rouge show was fantastic. Meeting point and city tour was a complete shamble, guide did not even explain the evening just gave us the show card and said hang on to the show card. We only went past 2 places in the audio guide before being dropped off by bus driver - guide didn't even come with us - 1 hour before show. No explanation we'd be standing waiting for 1 1/4 hours in a huddle. Only bit of info guide gave in beginning was to meet bus 15 minutes 3 minutes down the road from moulin rouge after show. The bus did not wait 15 minutes. It drove off. We did not get 1 1/2 hours of the tour as listed and PAID for. I recommend booking moulin rouge direct for a much more pleasant evening as show is great.

Skip and book direct - Skip this tour and book directly with Moulin Rouge. Save some money and headache. If you want a night tour, book one of the Citroen 2V tours instead. To start, the meeting place is chaotic. Multiple tours will be meeting around the same time, and we had to speak to several people before we found the right one. Then, even though the bus was there, we were told to wait to board. There were several older people who had difficulty with this, and my wife has back issues, so it was frustrating. On the bus, we expected a guide considering our info said there was an English guide available. However, you are handed a laminated map and told to download an app on your phone. Most people’s phone were either dead (it was late on a travel day) or they didn’t have (and we weren’t provided) headphones. So it was just noise and we chose to just try and enjoy the view. When a few folks complained, the person on board started saying a sentence or two about what we were going by in English and Spanish. About 45 minutes into the bus ride, we were dropped off a few blocks from Moulin Rouge and told where to meet the bus later after the show. We then walked and got in a long line. While in line, an employee told us that I could not go in because i was wearing shorts. It would have been great to know this earlier or at all before arriving. But not to worry, a tourist shop nearby sells pants for 60 euros. We saw multiple men have to go and buy pants or socks. Lesson: men are not allowed to show feet or legs. But women can dress in the tiniest dresses imaginable and be fine. My wife called this the oddest case of double standards ever. Other than that, the show itself was great once we were seated. The do sit you with others if your group is small; we sat with a few folks from this tour. The champagne was nice, but we didn’t even open one of the three bottles we were given. Then we decided to skip the bus back to the starting point. Because the metro was no longer running and taxis wanted ridiculous fares in cash, we rode Lime bikes back to our hotel. So, lesson learned, have a plan for how to get back as the metro will be closed on weekdays after the show lets out.

Disappointment - but great show! - DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. We paid for the Night Tour and the Moulin Rouge Show. Pick up as fine and smooth. However the tour was meant to least for around 1hr-1hr half.. which obviously include site seeing. It starts near the Eiffel Tower but just drives around. No stopping, on or off to take in the sights. Hardly saw any landmarks (to which we put off during the day as thought be seeing them at night). The ride was extremely bumpy and uncomfortable. We arrived at the Moulin Rouge within half hour and were told to get off the bus and basically do whatever until the show at around 11ish… of course everyone including us on the bus were extremely annoyed the fact we hardly done any sight seeing! When questioned ‘Clement’ claimed it was his first day on the job and knew nothing about it. When tried to contact the manager or customer services no one was answering the phone! The tour stated that it was a drop off after the show, when we advised them of where our hotel was they told us ‘we don’t go that way, you have to make your own way home via metro or taxi’ and for those who were getting a lift back by bus they had to leave before the Moulin Rouge even ended! Onto the show - Cannot fault this! It was brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will def come back and do the show again! Within our ticket we had complimentary champagne. The service was excellent. The seats that were provided to us were at the back but they’re raised and for myself I thought the view was perfect. Could see the entirety of the stage! Again such an amazing show!!!! Such a down side that the start of the night was ruined. My partner felt very upset and this trip was a Birthday Gift and he felt that he let me down due to the poor bus tour. Save money. Do sight seeing yourself. It’s so easy to travel around Paris with a Travel Pass for couple of days and Book Moulin Rouge Separately!!

No pick up at end of night. - We went on the night tour with moulin rouge. The night started out great. But if you want to listen to the night tour you had to download audio version on your phone, well our phones don’t work overseas so couldn’t hear anything. They then dropped us off at Moulin Rouge and told us the meeting point where the bus would pick us up which was 200 metres away. They told us the show finishes at 1.10am and we have 15 minutes to make our way down. As soon as the show finished our whole group got up and walked to the meeting point. We waited there with 17 other people from the bus. The bus never showed. We all had to make our own way back to our hotel. Cost us $95 euro as there was 6 of us. Next night husband went to the meeting point from the night before and actually spoke to the guide that was supposed to be there the night before and he insisted they were there. My husband disputed it and said how can 17 people miss the bus. He just didn’t care and said we were late which was impossible as we left straight after the show and it didn’t take 15 minutes to walk 200 metres. This tour company has a monopoly on all the tours and just don’t care. Do yourself a favour and just get an Uber to the show and after the show as the taxi drivers rip you off at that time of night too. Ours would have cost us 25 euro. And we were not staying far from the Eiffel Tower. Other than that we really enjoyed the show

Badly organized tour - The bus left our tour group at 2am in really cold and rainy Paris, despite following the instructions of our tour guide to the tee. We left the Moulin Rouge show right away to go to the meeting point. Our tour group waited for 30 minutes to an hour for the bus. The bus apparently left before the show was over and they did not even inform us. One of our tour groupmates had to ask other bus drivers in the area to find out that they left us. The city tour itself had audio guides but it was not even arranged according the sites we passed through. They also did not pass through every attraction that was in the audio guide. The moulin rouge show itself was good but we recommend finding other ways to get tickets.
