An unforgettable experience in Paris!! - This was an epic experience.. Paulo was a gracious host, teacher and, of course, chef. I was fascinated by the information he shared in the market and it was impressive to watch his techniques and skills in the kitchen. There were glitches here and there (induction burners not working!) but he always kept his composure and kept everyone engaged. I would highly recommend this for anyone of any cooking skill level that finds food and cooking interesting. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to try these recipes at home!!

Yummy! - Wonderful experience. The time spent was wonderful, the market visit was educating, loved the decorative way to cook veggies now, and the final meal was spectacular! We will do it again when back in Paris!

Excellent experience and don't miss the market tour - We had an amazing evening with Paulo, the chef and tour guide. We added the market visit which was worth the entire cost - learned so much about picking the right meat, fish and vegetables. Paulo had first hand knowledge about food quality, food safety and cooking techniques. Brilliant! God has gifted him for this work!

Great Paris Experience - What a great experience! My family took this class with two teenage sons in tow. Paulo did a great job of accommodating a variety of people with different skill levels and somehow guiding us to make a delicious meal! At the end it was so much fun to enjoy the meal as though we were at a lovely dinner party. My sons said that this was a highlight of our visit to Paris!

Amazing time, food and experience! Book it! - This was an amazing experience! The food turned out great! They split you up so everyone does one or two things for the class. However, before that, the Chef showed and did a demo for every step, so even if you weren't doing the potatoes(for example) you knew how to do them. Which is fabulous since they emailed the recipes to us after class. Don't be thrown off by the price, we def debated, but agree it was one of the best experiences!

FRENCH COOKING AT ITS BEST - We had a wonderful experience cooking with Paolo, our chef and instructor. He shared information and tips about shopping in the market, as well as conducted very clear demos of food prep for our meal. As a group we took on specific tasks and fully immersed ourselves in the prep work and cooking. The atmosphere was friendly and fun, and the shared meal at the end was filled with delicious food, conversation and laughter. I would highly recommend it.

Good food and good company! - We really enjoyed our market tour and cooking class with Paolo. He was very knowledgeable and had great technique. He made the information interesting, fun, and he was patient with questions and instruction. Paolo was also flexible In menu planning and ensured our success at a delicious meal. The group of 12 was large for a relatively small cooking space and it got hectic at times. We would have appreciated more of an opportunity for individual attention and work on technique. That wasn’t possible with a group this size. Everyone was very nice and worked well together. Good food and good company!
