Niceley spent evening. Recommend - Nicely spent evening. Atmosphere is much didferent than in a regular restaurant. Food I eould say was 8/10, staff friendly, viwes amazing. Seeing Eiffel tower fro Seine was totally worth every cent.

Pleasant Breakfast Cruise on the Seine - The "good" first. The wait staff was great, the food was good and the daytime views of Paris were wonderful. It was very pleasant to eat while floating down the river and looking at gorgeous views. The "not so good" is that I was told by a viator representative, over the phone, that daytime cruise served the same three course dinner food as the nighttime cruise. That turned out not to be true. They served breakfast food....but the breakfast food was good. The other thing to happen was the water for my tea was lukewarm. However, our server fixed that as soon as we told her about it.

Not Worth the Price - I do not recommend this dinner cruise, it’s not worth the price. The food was subpar. We paid approximately $91 each for the admiral’s package so water and other drinks would be included because it was cheaper than buying the drinks individually if we got the cheaper dinner choice. We still had to pay an additional 15€ up charge each if we ordered the beef entree on top of this. The beef was a poor quality and seemed to get bigger as you chewed. The desserts were the best part and were very good. The route taken was not as advertised. We did not go past the Louvre or other landmarks. We did have a nice view of the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower. One reason I picked this boat was the open air roof deck and it was closed because it was raining, which it seems to do every day all day in the spring. I recommend a regular river cruise without dinner and eat somewhere else.

Poor experience - River was apparently too high fornthe cruise to go by ant of the inner city landmarks so went out of the city and got to see warehouses. Food wasn't the greatest either, 3 choices of main but had to pay €15 extra if you wanted the beef. Drinks were overpriced and you didn't even get water for the table without paying for it Wouldn't recommend especially if it's been raining as you likely won't get to see the inner city

You have to put some Indian optional food in the menu - I’m not really happy with your food Because food wasn’t really good. How we expected But the other things were good. Like service was amazing. But there was nthng special in the menu like gluten free , vegetarian option for my wife. That she could eat it. My opinion is to improve the menu and put some option for gluten free , vegetarische Food. That people who are vegetarian can enjoy their meal with this.

A Disappointing Experience at Le Capitaine Fracasse - My visit to Le Capitaine Fracasse on L'île aux Cygnes was a regrettable experience from start to finish. The lack of customer attention and inadequate service left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, the absence of a welcoming and attentive staff was noticeable. We felt as if we were invisible, having to wait considerably to be acknowledged, even though the place was not crowded. Once we finally managed to attract the attention of a staff member, we realized that the lack of knowledge about the menu and recommendations was evident. Simple questions were answered with hesitation, and there was no interest in making our experience enjoyable. The service during the meal was equally disheartening. Dishes arrived lukewarm, and our additional requests were ignored. It seemed like the staff was more focused on other tasks than ensuring customer satisfaction. In summary, the lack of customer attention and poor service at Le Capitaine Fracasse made our visit disappointing. I cannot recommend this place to those who value a pleasant dining experience and attentive service.
