Not good if you want to know the history of Paris and this is your first time here. - Nice bus and boat but the QR code translator app didn’t work and the translation devices on the bus and boat were inoperable. No one heard anything about the land marks. Nice cruise on the river.

París Vision need to improve a lot - The tour wasn't bad, but the agency attention was terrible. O passeio foi bom, más a agência esteve ruim. El tour no estuvo mal, pero la atención de la agencia fue pésima.

Disappointing - Although the guide did his best, the commentary was mainly inaudible. The coach did not stop for us to take pictures. The cruise has not happened as yet. Could I take it tomorrow? From near the Eiffel tower?

Not worth it. - Only good thing was the boat ride, I got a better city tour on hop on and off bus.audio was horrible and stopped after #20. Tour guide was hard to find and very rushed. Would not recommend this tour at all.

Not as advertised. Not worth the money. - We met the tour operator for the bus tour and was given a ticket for the boat tour that we could use anytime. We got on the bus which did not have WiFi, nor did they give us headsets. We were given a QR code to download an app and listen to the tour which meant we were to use our own cellular data. We were told their regular bus was broken, so they had us get on one that was moldy and smelled (see picks of the mold and rust). We complained and were told we could take the tour on Tuesday and that Sophia would contact us to reschedule. She never contacted me, even though I gave her my cell number. Tuesday we got on the boat tour which again, told us to download an app and listen to the narration on our phone. The boat did have little speakers on the lower deck (see picture) but they didn't work. We didn't get the type of tours that were advertised. We could have got on one of thoese hop-on/hop-off buses to see the city and paid for the boat tour on our own without using Viator or the tour operator. Very disappointed.

No directions to tour bus, no refund - No meaningful address or directions provided for meeting point for tour bus or boat. We missed the bus literally running around for a half hour searching for it. Then they refused to issue a refund. AVOID this company!

Skip this Operator - Worst tour of our Paris trip. The self guided audio with the couple narration, terrible. Our boat trip, after waiting 1 hour in huge crowds, the boat came but departed empty, no news when a new boat would come. So we left, because there was no information. All you did was drop us off for another operator.

Very disappointed and needing to make a complaint - Tour done on 29/4/23 @4:30 pm. This tour was misleading in the way it was described. It was described as a 2:30 hrs in a luxury bus, stop for photos at the Tower and go on the river cruise. The bus was old, no audio sets (just to scan a bar code on the phone, no head phones, no indication on what we were seeing and where) and no stop at the Tower. For the river cruise we were given some tickets that were dated from last year and told that they were valid for one year and go to the docs at anyone time. When we went to the docs we had to line up with thousands of people who had tickets from various different sources so we haven't actually even made it into the boat because of the huge waiting time. The tour organisers haven't taken us to the boat but we were sent to find our own way there before lining up with the rest of the crowd. For tourists with limited time for each activity, this was not what we needed so we had to miss the boat part. We expected to be part of a group in a tour. We will make a formal complaint and ask for a refund.

Take big bus tours - This was horrible. Ear plugs worked hall the time, meeting place hard to find, disorganized, facts very boring, did not see some major buildings and went by many places twice. A terrible experience.

Disgusting - In short this was the worst tour. First in the description said: "Panoramic tour by luxury air-conditioned coach" What they provided was a tour bus without any AC. Also the headphones didn't work so couldn't hear anything. The tour description said 2 hr bus and 1 hr cruise but the bus tour was only 1 hr. Do don't go with this tour company. We took a different tour with "HISTORY GROUP". They were much better. I would recommend the "HISTORY GROUP" instead of this tour company.
