Say CHEESE! - We loved learning all about cheese and the hands-on experience of making it ourselves. So much fun! Our host, Paul was very informative. We got to sample our end products with a local baguette and some delicious wine or pear juice depending on your preference. We highly recommend this class.

Excellent - Fantastic and enjoyable experience. So much information on the process the cheese has to go through to reach its final stage. Very interesting. Our knowledgeable host was attentive and answered all our questions. The tasting of cheese and wine was great!

Amazing experience! - Such a fun time!! Roman was so amazing and such a nice knowledge guy. Learning about how different cheeses are made and then doing the actual class of making cheese and butter. I will now be making my own butter at home from now on. So easy and tastes amazing!

We Loved It! - What a fantastic decision we made to go here! We had a lovely walk to the location and it only got better from there. Romain, our host, was an absolute joy, and his passion for cheese coupled with his remarkably friendly personality made this a must-do when in Paris. We'd go again in a minute, and we'll certainly visit for the terrific choices in awesome cheeses, and charcuterie. Couldn't have been better! Thank you Romain and crew at Paroles de Fromager!

Fun experience - Fun and informative. Guillermo was very knowledgeable and made the class fun. His cheese shop is lovely too with a large variety to choose from.

I still think about the butter - It ended up just being me and my husband at the class (not a touristy time of year) but it was absolutely wonderful! Learned about the cheese making process, different types of cheeses and we made butter!! The best butter I’ve ever had! At the end of class we sampled a few different types of cheese. If it wasn’t for the class, I think I would have missed out on an important part of the French food culture. Also, the instructor was so kind and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend.
