This intimate tasting session is capped at 10 participants, promising a more personal encounter.

Impressive - My 21 year old and I came for this tasting. Guillaume was warm and welcoming. He was clearly passionate and excited to share his impressive knowledge of cheese and wine. This was a highlight our trip to Paris. We purchased some of the cheeses and wine to enjoy during the rest of our stay in France. Delicious!!

Loved it! - Such a great experience! We loved learning about the history and making of cheese in France. The host was personable, knowledgeable, and kind. We enjoyed the generous tastings of cheese and wine in the cellar! One of our favorite activities while in Paris for a week.

Unforgettable Wine/Cheese Pairing Experience - My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I had the most educational, delicious and delightful experience at Paroles de Fromagers, Paris for wine and cheese pairing. Guillame was our Cheese Monger who shared his vast knowledge of cheese and wines, was entertaining and friendly as well. The 17th century cellar enhanced the whole experience with its old stone seasoned walls surrounding you. Invest your time in a class! You will not regret it, and neither will your palette. An Unforgettable Experience With a True Expert - Our host Guillaume was incredible! It’s clear from the moment you walk in that he is passionate about cheese and wine. The experience he provides is informative and intimate and the setting of the cave was icing on the cake. His passion and enthusiasm is infectious and you can’t help but get excited about the cheese and wine pairings.
We came into this experience eager to learn about different cheeses, but we left with so much more than that. It was absolutely a highlight of entire trip in Paris.
