One of my favorite museum tours ever - Outstanding experience !! Tour company was very attentive. When we were a few minutes behind schedule (but before the scheduled meeting time) they called to check on us. The guide Umberto was phenomenal!! Concisely wove together many details about the history and art history of the collection of the Orsay. Engaging and educational. The microphone/headphones were a fantastic way to make sure we didn’t miss a thing.

A real pro! - Ivan was organized and focused on our having a rich experience supported by his truly expert commentary. He had several challenges but did not let them interfere with the memorable experience for the rest of us. A real pro!

Informative and entertaining - Our guide was knowledgeable and personable and we got to hear the stories of the artists and hear about their struggles through during the transition from the more traditional style art af the times through the impressionist movement as well as see these masterpieces. We thoroughly enjoyed!

Poor response when late - Terrible traffic. Arrived late. Was directed to 3 different lines by staff that were indifferent. After 30 minutes of futility, told there was nothing they could do. We left with frustration and disappointment. We are requesting a refund. All 3 of our other Viotar tours were great. Please honor our request for a refund or we will not be able to provide a provide a good review or recommendation to others. Thank you.
