Not the best - I would have loved to give this experience a good review but I didn’t get a chance to see the Eiffel Tower with the guide. I went to the pickup location and waited… no show. I contacted the tour operator but received no reply. I contacted Viator and they were able to get the tour operator to contact me back. He was apologetic and offered a refund. I ended up paying for a ticket and seeing the Eiffel Tower by myself.
