Good storytelling and fun - Heidi was a very good tour guide! She walked at a reasonable place and brought us to some places that had seating. She had a great sense of humor and spoke clearly. She managed the tour very well. A guy in our group kept interrupting her, but she handled the situation very well and once she talked to him, the guy stopped interrupting her. She gave us some interesting stories and background on what we were seeing. She kept the tour fun and interesting and answered all of our questions to the best of her abilities.
