Must visit Monet Garden - The house of Monet with the collection of Paintings. Also the ponds with his Lily plants were as fresh as his paintings.

Beautiful Excursion from Paris - We meet near Eiffel Tower and we boarded a bus after meeting a young man to show our tickets and get a number sticker to wear. The driver and tour director were super nice. We decided to not do audio tour and just walk around the gardens, house and village on our own. We meet back at bus at designated time and brought back to Paris and dropped off at meeting point. The people we meet there were very friendly and helpful. We took several pictures and videos of the area which was super beautiful. We went in September and had perfect weather. The amount of people there was plentiful and kind of crowded in the house but gardens and village was a lot less crowded. The bathrooms were free at the house but not sparkling clean. There are plenty of places in the village to get coffee or snacks. I saw a gelato vendor and quaint coffee shop. We left to go to gardens at the time specified and left to arrive back to Paris at time specified. You will need to be on time.

Fun trip to Monet Gardens in Giverny - We were on the self-guided tour (which was absolutely fine) and did not have much interaction with the guide, Alexandra. She was very personal and helpful getting us on the correct bus. There was a bit of confusion at the meeting point with 3+ tours (different languages) meeting at the same location. We assume the confusion was mostly attributed to the Olympics and para olympics being in town. Not a major problem at all. Buses were big and comfortable. Good driver. Everything ran like clock work once we got moving. The gardens were magnificent. Fun trip and lovely experience.

This turned out to be... - This turned out to be basically a bus ride. We did not purchase the additional audio guide. Although we downloaded the audio guide included with the trip we didn't use it and just wandered through the house and gardens. No fault of the tour operator but it was extremely busy when we got there. The bus was quite outdated - the bathrooms were out of service and my husband's seat wouldn't stay locked in one position for the seat back and kept moving back and forth as the bus moved. The gardens were beautiful and worth the trip. As others have noted, there is no water provided on the journey. People did stop at the cafe at the meeting point to get coffee and a snack for the journey. We grabbed a sandwich and water at a take-away in Giverny for the trip back.

Audio Guides didn’t work. - The trip was overpriced. We were given audio guides but without WiFi on the bus, none of us could access the information. Basically, we were paying for transportation to Giverny. The guide was very nice but it wasn’t her job to do commentary.

Very expensive and no guide - This trip was advertised as having an audio guide supplied. When we got there it was just a 'use your own phone' guide, and we did not have data on our phones, so no info. Bad traffic made us arrive late, and then we had less than 2 hours at house and gardens, too short a time to have a good look, take photos and listen to audio guide anyway. We took photo of QR code to listen to commentary later, but we couldn't connect. Choosing English only gave us French connection info, tried to use confirmation number and reference number to connect, neither worked. We paid a lot of money for a bus trip to Monet's house, but no info at all.

Misleading tour description - Our tour was described as Giverny half day Audio tour. However, there is no WiFi signal available on the bus or the grounds so we were not able to download the necessary app. When I complained to our guide all he said was to express our disappointment with the tour operator, I have yet to hear their reply.

Not worth the money - This was so disappointing. I paid for the audio tour—$94 only to find I could not connect to get it. Indeed the attitude of our guide was “too bad”, but you’ll enjoy the flowers. Then, when I got my ticket and the price was 10 euros, I really felt taken—$80 for the bus ride and an uncaring guide? What a rip off! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
