But we will also show you the Louvre as the castle where kings and emperors lived between the 16th and the 19th century and tell you many funny and thrilling stories about their life in the old Parisian castle. You will discover hidden places, great paintings about the crowning and the wars led by emperor Napoleon I and you will even visit in first person the emperor’s bedroom as well as the sumptuous apartment where Napoleon III lived in with his wife, the Spaniard Eugenia. We will meet you at the entrance of the Louvre Museum in front of the glass pyramid under the statue of king Louis XIV on a horse made by Bernini. The guide will be holding a sign “My Super Paris”

The only way - This is is only way to visit the Louvre. It’s a veritable sardine can of humans. You must skip the line and have your wonderful guide navigate the place for you.

Masterpieces Potpouri - I had a great time. It was a wonderful 2-hour tour in which the guide presented a potpourri of masterpieces, telling us interesting stories of the pieces.

Great Overview of a HUGE Museum! - We thought Delhi was great. She’s QUICK so make sure you are prepared to walk A LOT. But it’s the only way to cover all that she covered. We got a great overview of the history of the building as well as the important works. We loved the Skip the Line access. She made it a breeze to enter which saved us a lot of time. She is very well educated so you will learn from an expert! This is an expensive tour if you have six people like us….but worth it.

Excellent first time tour of the Louvre! - The Louvre was sold out when I first went to book, so this tour was our only way in during our stay and it thoroughly exceeded our expectations! First, it truly is a skip the line access - the guide takes you through a separate entrance for groups. Dimitri was an excellent guide - knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. Once we were settled at the group tours center, for a solid 2 hours, he took us to all the best works and gave us wonderful details that we would have never picked up had we done this ourselves. So worthwhile and worth every penny! Thank you Dimitri!

Excellent tour. - Excellent, informative tour! Skipping the line made entry a breeze. Our guide provided us with expert information on some of the gems of the Louvre. We stayed after the tour to take in more of the museum. This was money well spent.

Super-excellent tour of the Louvre with an amazing guide - This was our third visit to the Louvre, but our first visit with a guide. We would HIGHLY recommend this tour. We saw so many things that we had NO IDEA even existed, from the medieval structures in the lower levels to practically all the famous masterpieces. Our guide Dmitri was informative, kind, caring and just wonderful in every way. He showed us aspects of the art works that we would have never known without his expert guidance. HIGHLY recommend this tour: you will see things that you'll never be able to find on your own!
