Love Anaise. - Anaise was exceptional. We so enjoyed her tour. She was knowledgable and efficient. A delight to spend an afternoon at the Louvre.

Excellent private tour of the Louvre. - Vivian met us outside the Louvre and took us on an action packed tour of the Louvre museum. She captivated the interest of our entire family, including a 10 and 16 year old. We enjoyed how she shared in depth history of 8-10 art pieces, and did not overwhelm us with oodles of facts. Our children came away with detailed history about several pieces. A beautiful and thoughtful tour. I highly recommend it.

Louvre Semi Private Tour a must do in Paris - What an absolute joy it was to be part of this tour! Anna our guide was fabulous, very knowledgeable and gave us the time we needed to take in the major tour points. Anna led us directly to the Mona Lisa when the Louvre opened and she knows all the shortcuts. We had a great time on the tour then remained in the louvre afterwards to take it all in. Do this tour! Particularly if it’s your first time to the Louvre. You won’t regret it.

Great tour - Our tour guide Dianita was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This small group tour is the only sensible way to visit the Louvre.

Disappointing - We spent a week in Paris and booked several tours. This tour was by far the most disappointing. The biggest issue was that although we were only two people, it was almost impossible to hear the guide. She did not have any kind of microphone set-up and she spoke very softly. The museum was packed and we had to lean in so closely to hear her that if she had Covid, we will have too. Although we booked through Viator the tour was conducted by LivTours. LivTours is large and experienced enough to know that in a museum as crowded as the Louvre a microphone system, regardless of the size of the group, is essential. We had a tour of Versailles with another company, again just two people, and the guide had a personal mike system that was great. Secondly, the guide kept us in just one section of the museum. It would have been much more interesting to see more of the museum. We went up and down in the same wing and really didn't get a sense of the scope what the museum has to offer. I realize it's impossible to see the whole of the Louvre in two hours but she could have done a much better job of showing us different areas and varying the objects more. We left feeling we didn't really see much at all. In the end, my sense was that the guide didn't really put much thought into the tour. She just did her standard thing and was out the door after two hours on the dot.

Don’t do it! They are crooks!!!! - These people are a bunch of thieves!!!! We spent over $600 dollars for this tour, we showed up 10mins late. We communicated with both the company and your coordinator. When we arrived, we could not find the coordinator because his phone was dead. We spoke to the company and they instructed us that he was waiting and where he would be. We found and the guy was out of it!!!! His phone was dead and he said the tour guides phone was dead as well. We called the company 5xs for assistance and they were rude and stated they had no way to get in contact with the tour guide. We requested a refund since they could not provide any information and they hung up one us. Now we are attempting to get a refund from Viator and they too are refusing to issue a refund. I am disgusted with this entire situation and will be disputing the charge on my card.
