Great experience 😃 - We absolutely loved this package. The tour guide was great and explained the paintings so we could understand. Great time. We stayed longer and enjoyed it on our own as well.

Great Skip the Line Louvre Highlights Tour - Cecile was our guide, skip the lines and see the highlights of the collection. The tour was as advertised, key to a great Museum tour is a guide who can easily and effectively communicate. In the Louvre with the massive collection and crowds that can be a challenge, not for Cecile. She was able to maneuver the group, communicate easily and educate us all in the process. Saw the highlights in the allotted time, had plenty of time to spend more there afterwards if desired on your own. Well done

Brief and to the point - Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. He got us to the most popular rooms at the museum. It would take days to see everything and I wish the tour was longer.

Louvre is an amazing place. - Unfortunately our tour guide seemed very disorganized to start. Then we waisted an hour waiting for people to rejoin the group. Our guide Monica was very difficult to understand with her heavy accent. She spent so much time telling stories in front of each item or object, and seemed to go into more detail than was necessary. I would have loved to have ,learned more about the building itself. She was pleasant and friendly, but we left the tour early as we just felt we weren’t getting enough value for our experience. The Louvre is beautiful.

Convenient - The part were we enter fast … the lady was ver nice but walk too fast .. and very hard to follow the group .

Tour starts too late - Nice guide but we couldn’t see anything from the louvre. We had another tour after Louvre and knew we had only a few hours. The tour advertised 1.5h to 2h but between waiting for all the people to arrive to the meeting place and for everyone to go to the bathroom we spent 1.5h and we had not started the tour. We had to return the audio and head out. People booking the tour need to account for extra time on top of what is advertised.

Awful experience due to our rude guide - The experience could not go as bad as it did with our guide Anthony. First of all I would like to inform you that I’m a history teacher from NYC. I came from NY with my grandson just to see the Louvre museum among other places. Just because this coming summer our school it’s planning a trip with our graduates to visit Paris and the intention was to schedule this same event for our group, however after the experience I had with Anthony I will never be using your services again nor I will ever be recommending your services. Anthony was very rude and disrespectful. He was disorganized did not know what he was doing had to count two groups too many times and just because I took the liberty to asked how long was going to take before we star our visit to the museum, he interrupted me by screaming and shouting in front of many people including my grandson and had the audacity to tell me that he can reimburse me my money as if I wasn’t behaving, treating me like a child with his threats, I had never been spoken like that in my like to have this man spoken to my in this manner with out any respect it’s unacceptable. For him to think that it’s ok to treat any guess in this manner should not be tolerated at any given moment, Anthony should not be allowed to work in your company doing what he does showing people Parisian culture when it’s so obvious that he lacks education and principles. He was dressed like anyone from a street corner and acted and talked like one. Certainly I would not want to encounter another Anthony by using your services again. It’s a shame to have someone like Anthony showing so much history that can’t be appreciated. I would like to receive a phone call 914.563.7366
