Lovely experience at the Louvre - Our guide was so knowledgeable about the history and complexities of the pieces in the collections. She added so much to our experience. I also can't stress enough how beneficial booking a tour with "skip the line" was on our trip to Paris.

Must do Tour for one time visit - Victoria is very knowledgeable and very friendly. We were able to skip the lines and she guided us through the entire museum. We learned much of the history of the Louvre that we would not have know about otherwise. So grateful that we had such an amazing tour guide!

Wonderful tour with knowledgeable guide. - We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our guide Barbara was terrific. She kept the group engaged and took us through the louvre with professionalism and ease. We saw all of the highlights. We were a group ranging from age 11 to 82 and she was funny, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Strongly recommend this tour and Barbara.

Fabulous tour with guide Victor! - We just completed the small group 2 hour tour of the Louvre with reserved access. This was definitely a great choice as it allowed us to the skip the line and get access straight away into the Louvre. The Louvre was of course breathtaking but what has compelled me to write this review was to acknowledge the guide we had. Victor was truly amazing! He was so knowledgeable, energetic and made the whole tour so wonderful. We are so glad we booked this tour. Victor is such a credit to have on your team. Thank you!

Nice experience at Louvre - We met the tour guide 15 minutes before the visiting time at a location beside the museum. He gave us audio guides and led us through a door with almost no queue to the museum. After the security check, we kept our baggage in lockers and headed for the attractions, which mainly included the masterpieces like Venus de Milo, Winged Victory of Samothrace, paintings by Da Vinci, etc. The queue to Monalisa was too long, so we checked it from a distance and visited it closely later when the guided tour finished. Overall, the tour was very nice. Our guide described the attractions beautifully. After 2 hours of the tour, we were left inside the museum to roam freely as much as we wanted. I will recommend it. Visiting Louvre without a guide is not wise, and we got a good guide.

Excellent tour - Our tour was led by a very knowledgeable young woman. She was very engaging and shared many interesting facts that made this, my third visit to the Louvre, the best and most interesting visit by far.

Louver Museum - Viator your service SUCKED. Had a very bad experience.. - Never got my tickets. Was not able to contact the guide. Tried calling Viator customer service but no answer. So we did NOT see the museum. Will never recommend this Service to friends.

Complete and Utter Failure - What a waste of time, money, and energy. The only reason our family signed up for this was to get fast-tracked through the Louvre. Otherwise we would have been in line for hours for each popular exhibit, which wasn’t an option. Well…Our guide never showed up even though we met at the designated site 30 minutes early. Attempted to contact the tour operator directly through the info provided. No response. Reached out to Viator customer service, and after 20 min of holding and waiting, discovered that the tour guide never “approved” the tour (whatever that means), therefore the tour would not be happening. This was puzzling since I received multiple email confirmations of the tour and was charged for it. Viator apologized for their error and offered to refund me, but unfortunately this was our last day in Paris (and there weren’t any later tours available) so we were unable to see the Louvre. I’ve booked dozens of tours and excursions through Viator over the years and have never had this happen. This is 100% on them. Beyond disappointed.

Do not waste your money - Tour is 2 hour and half is spending outside the building with story’s about several events. After we got in the guide battery on her mike died. So she could not tell anything to anybody die to the surrounding noise. By the time we got to Se the famous painting she grabs our sets and disappear. What a nice way of doing business!! Way to go!!!!
