Saved our trip! - We didn't bought our tickets on time, almost left Paris without seeing this amazing museum. Thanks to Viator, we could make our visitation without trouble.

Excellent tour - Excellent organisation & swift entrance to Palace with lots of interesting background given by Danielle on route. Danielle was a great guide - knew so much and it was a brilliant whistle stop history lesson around the period and brought the Palace to life. Well worth the extra money this man entrance fee alone to have the “no hassle/queue” element and Danielle’s tour really made it a fantastic experience!

Viator saved our Paris vacation! - We arrived in Paris and our hotel concierge told us the Louvre was sold out for the entire time we would be here. I immediately went online to Viator and had tickets for the next day! The Louvre was beyond my wildest expectations. It was by far the best museum I have ever visited.

Louvre Great - Easy to use and the Louvre was awesome. Not a long wait and so much to see. More than you can fit in one trip.

Great tour! - Our guide was so knowledgeable and easy to understand! The Palace is amazing, the stories entertaining, the gardens are beautiful and even the restaurant was wonderful. I’ve been several times but highly recommend a guided tour.

Totally worth it - It was easy to book the tickets, although it was a considerable line to access the museum (10:00 am) we did not struggle to enter and did not queue for more than 20 min I got the tickets on email and whatsapp, it was a pleasent and easy experience

Great morning at the Louvre - We enjoyed the Louvre. So much to see. There are plenty of places to eat so you can stay most of the day.

Good but pricey - It was a little pricey but we also booked it last minute. The louvre requires ALL day if you're really into art because it's so much bigger than you think. The river cruise was relaxing

Check your tickets plan ahead or prepare for disappointment - Glad I checked tickets the day before. Our tickets were delivered but incorrect for our group. They arrived in the evening snd I was unable to correct, even with multiple avenues tried, with the tour company. So in a last resort attempt I called Viator and was connected to a call center.The representative was initially very unhelpful and kept deferring me to the tour company in the morning to correct blaming my “last minute planning.” I pushed him to correct the problem and he finally was able to download the correct tickets and send by email so that we could enjoy our planned early morning visit. Be aware and don’t wait to confirm your tickets this took an hour to correct and took away from my dinner plans.

Lack of seriousness and correctness - I only found out on the day of booking that I shouldn't have purchased the ticket for my son as it is free access for EU children aged 19 to 26. I promptly wrote to VIATOR, the agency from which I purchased the tickets, and was repeatedly told that it is not their problem as they do not sell such tickets. I replied to them that in my opinion, by offering a booking service, as is the case with many other sites (see get your guide) they should at least inform users that it is not necessary to purchase tickets for certain categories (instead of selling and therefore earning on undue tickets by omitting information). I was again told that their policy does not include such categories and therefore everything is ok for them. I said that it didn't seem correct to me and that I thought it appropriate to have the ticket canceled that wasn't due and which I wouldn't have used. At that point they disappeared. In conclusion, I paid for a ticket that wasn't due but I understood which site to never buy anything from again. Absolute lack of seriousness and correctness. It was enough to admit your mistake and refund the €30 ticket, and perhaps correct the information for the future. They decided not to address the problem…
