Fun and immersive experience - Henry was an amazing guide. He told the story of tower in a really engaging way, that made us all including the kids remember the key facts and enjoy the tour!

Excellent tour - Henry was incredible. Fun and knowledgeable. My kids loved it too! The walk is a lot but it helps to hear the history and fun facts. Makes the time go quickly!

Pretty, but go early to avoid the queues - Unfortunately the climb part of the tour was cancelled which was disappointing. But our guide Louise did everything to help. And we ended up being able to climb down instead.
Louise was very knowledgeable and skilful at avoiding the queues.

Company did not provide the service we paid for - Paid for a family summit assent trip to the Eiffel Tower, summit part was cancelled. We have tried to contact the company for. A refund........No response to numerous emails.!!!!!!!!!!

Beware of scam - This is a straight-up scam. You are not actually purchasing a ticket from BonBon. You are paying to have a guide wait in line with you to buy tickets and give you Wikipedia factoids. Then the guide buys your ticket after you wait with everyone else who showed up.
It’s akin to saying ‘BonBon offers a ticket to a major sporting event,’ and when you get to the stadium, you just wait at the GA ticket sales with the person in the hopes of getting a ticket. Heads up - you don’t need anyone to show you how to wait in line and read Wikipedia to you.
The ‘summit access’ bit is also a scam. You will buy a ticket and be able to go up to the summit - if everyone else waiting in line to see the Eiffel Tower that day is also able to do so. You are paying a markup to wait in line. That’s it. If the summit is closed, the ‘access’ is meaningless.
We had someone in our group miss out on the summit, which was his birthday gift for his young daughter. We had people miss reservations because the ‘timed entry’ was just a way for the tour group to staff the scam in advance. Do yourself a favor and just buy a ticket beforehand online. You will then be able to go to the front - for less than you’d pay to stand in line.
I am pretty sure that the five-star reviews are from a bot or review farm. But if you read them, even they say things like ‘so-and-so was great while we waited in line.’ What they don’t say is that they were waiting in line to buy tickets - just like if you’d come from off the street (except at a markup).
Total scam.
