Lovely day in Giverny - We had a wonderful day in Giverny. Our guide Olga was well informed and lively and took good care of us. Easy drive in a comfortable car. Highly recommended.

A trip you need to take! - Olga was an AMAZING tour guide she made the ride enjoyable with great facts and photos. She also was an amazing photographer with our iPhone and captured a few photos for us together. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great trip from Paris.

Wonderful day in the country - The garden was beautiful and our guide Olga was amazing. She was very attentive to my Mum who has some mobility issues which we really appreciated. It was very relaxing to travel in a small group and lovely to see some of the small villages.

Perfect trip - Perfect trip in every way. Driver and tour guide were perfect!! Very helpful, kind, and considerate. Would definitely recommend to others.

Informed and fun to be with - Our driver “Rusty” and our guide “Helen” both were excellent. We enjoyed their company, their conversation - and their expertise.

Giverny is magical! - Monet’s gardens are like stepping into his paintings. One of the most beautiful places I’ve been. We were fortunate enough to be there as the last of the irises were hanging on, the roses were in full bloom and the lily pads had just risen to the surface. Very crowded so try and get there as early as possible but worth it, even if you are sharing with the multitudes. Olga was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and did a good job of helping us get great photos and work around the worst of the crowds. Our favorite wax Vadim, our driver. If the French Presidential detail needs a driver, they should call him. Amazing job in truly insane Paris traffic and never lost his cool. Very very adept at managing other cars, oblivious bikes and pedestrians who weren’t paying attention, construction and morning rush hour in the rain. Bravo to the whole experience!

Tour guide arrived on... - Tour guide arrived on time and was a good driver. We did want more time in Giverny and wish the availability of tours with more time had been more clearly stated in the list of options.

Did not show up - Tour guide did not show up. We were left standing in the middle of Paris at 8am. Finally after figuring out a way to get in touch by phone with Viator the guide responded and told us they were cancelling an hour late.

Very disappointing trip! - We spent a hefty price for a 51/2 to 6 hour tour with an English speaking guide. We were put on a tour that was going to Versailles in the afternoon after our combined morning tour to Giverny. We were told to be picked up at a hotel (not ours) and when we got there (we took a cab to get there on time) we discovered it was under construction— no operating hotel there. The other couple on our tour spoke Russian only. We speak English and our guide was forced to split his comments between languages. There was no microphone in the car so it was difficult to hear him. Also, the car radio was on the whole time. We ran into traffic, got there later than expected so the venue was very crowded and we got less than one hour of free time because of the afternoon tour for the other couple. While the guide had good intentions we fault the company for many of these shortcomings. Not worth anything close to what we spent!

Don’t book this company!!!! - If I could give this company a zero I would. I confirmed my pick up time days before, texted them first thing at 0800 when they were supposed to pick us up. Texted again when they were 15 minutes late. After waiting 30 minutes we went back to our room. We didn’t let it ruin our vacation or day but it really pisses me off that they couldn’t even return my text or call. Very unprofessional company.
