Great guide and a great experience! - Carl, our guide was great! I would definately recommend this trip. Easy access and the guide was both knowledgable and compenent. Just excellent.

Great Way to See Paris All at Once - Great tour. Karl was fantastic--he was very personable and helpful! We really didn't have to stand in any lines and he was great about getting us tickets to the summit. And the selfie was a fun touch at the end!

Eye full of the Eiffel. - Firstly, Karl made the experience first class. Well organised, informative and ensured everybody was catered for. Outstanding.

Fun Times on the Eiffel Tower - Karl was a great guide. He was funny and interesting. We were able to quickly get to the top of the Eiffel Tower with no problem.

Eiffel Tower Tour cancelled so we missed out - Astonishing that the company has a policy that once booked you cannot cancel for a refund yet they did just that to us!! We booked and paid the Eiffel Tower Tour months in advance to ensure we had the best experience possible. Instead the dogs cancelled us with just days notice. We were not able to get tickets with such short time frame so we missed out entirely. What a DISGRACE. I would NOT trust this organisation so keep away from them.

Karl cancelled on us at the last minute, DEPLORABLE! - I booked the Eiffel Tower tour months in advance before our trip to make sure we did not need to line up and did not miss out on going to the top of this marvellous building. Five days before the tour I got a message that our guide KARL could not make our scheduled tour because of an ‘Internal issue’. I desperately then tried to book another tour and unsurprisingly all tickets were sold out as it was so close to the date. We then missed going up the Eiffel Tower all together! We went all the way from Australia and our friends from England were meeting us there so we could experience this special tour together. We were all absolutely devastated that the highlight of our trip was cancelled on us at the last minute! I think it is disgusting that Tripadvisor states ‘The local tour operator does not allow changes to this booking - all sales are final’ yet TripAdvisor can cancel on US! It then took three weeks, three emails and one phone call to get my refund! You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves for this double standard. One rule for you, and another for your customers, deplorable! It wrecked our overseas trip!

A complete scam service! - Basically this service was a scam. Nobody showed up at the meeting point and was kept waiting until it was obvious you sold me a service that was not going to be delivered. I demand you refund my payment immediately and look into this fraudulent behavior by the people you associate with.

Need money back - Your tour guy canceled the tour after everyone (about 50 or more) met at 8:30am and he went through the process. After making us wait more than 1 hr he comes back and tells us that the Eiffel Tower is closed

Eiffel tower - There is no memorable story, not understandable that the Eiffel was closed and Viator was not advising us, they offered until 1:30pm or a day after. Taking a coffee nearby we saw other excursions were allowed inside.
