Bayo is the best guide - We had a great experience! Our guide, Bayo was funny, engaging, handsome, and he serenaded us with Adele songs. Also, a great way to get tickets to the top when they are otherwise sold out.

Great Eiffel Tower visit - Our guide was James and he was very kind and helpful. We were able to start our tour right away and there wasn’t a long wait to get in. He made sure everything went smoothly. We were concerned when we entered because we purchased Summit tickets and they had closed the summit due to overcrowding. James took care of sharing information while we waited and then they opened the summit again. We were so pleased with our day at the Eiffel Tower.

No tour of Eiffel Tower was given to our group - We bought 4 tickets to "2nd level with elevator" but the rest of our group had tickets to the summit. We asked our tour guide James if we could leave a few minutes early to make our restaurant reservation (the restaurant was 3 minutes away) and he said yes. When we were underneath the Eiffel Tower he separated us 4 from the group and took us thru the ticket line. He then gave us our tickets and pointed us to the elevator line and said he had to go back to the other group who were going to the summit. We complained that if he was at the summit how could he also be with us! He said because we asked to leave a few minutes early he had to send us with no tour. I think someone made a mistake in putting us with the summit group because the guide could not give tours on the 2nd level and the summit AT THE SAME TIME. We paid about $57/person x 4 people but we did not get any info or tour at all. We could have bought our tickets in person so why should we pay for anything more than the tickets. James said it was our fault because we asked to leave early but he could not have been both places at the same time. We expect a refund of the money we paid minus the tickets.

Awful - Tried to reschedule but they didn't so I lost $139. Will never book anything with them ever nor would I recommend
